Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

WHAT IS A SNIFFSPOT? You and your pups can come and relax in this beautiful fenced in backyard without having to worry about having other dogs or people around. SniffSpots are perfect for reactive dogs or those who just don’t have the yard space to get all their zoomies out. But of course, anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our pool and yard! Our address is: off Santa Angela St, Highland (full address to be provided after booking). The entire back yard is available to use including the grass area, chlorine pool (not heated unless requested via extras). The pool house is off limits and will remain locked. There is a hose behind the pool house for your use to rinse off before / after pool use. Please bring your own towels. Neighbors have dog(s) on adjacent fence which may be out occasionally. Because we do have nearby neighbors, if your dog(s) bark excessively and don’t settle well, we may not be the perfect spot for you - out of polite consideration for our neighbors. Thank you! Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, table and chairs. your dog can enjoy the open yet gated space to run, play or simply take a nap in the sun. You can sit by the pool. connect to WIFI and work or simply bring the yoga mattress for some stretching while having fun with your dog. During your booking period our pool is available for dogs only If you would like to join swimming pool, additional charge is $12 for each person. The option can be found in the Extra Please note: we do not provide digging at our venue. Please clean after yourself and your dog. Kindly note that due to safety concerns, our venue can only accommodate adults over 18 years old. The pool is unheated so it is cool in the winter and warms up during the summer months. Hours are 9:30am to 8:30pm. We look forward to your visit!

The Sniff Carlton of SniffSpot! Large grassy yard with lots of oak tree shade. Fun features in the yard include a large open grassy play space that is frisbee friendly, side area with plenty of space to explore and sniff, sand box with digging and toy play, and seating area for owners to watch their dogs smile 😊 Pool is available for dog parties of 3 dogs or more for an extra charge and advance booking.

There is a big grassy section, plenty of seating areas for dog owners, a pool, covered patio as well as a pergola, and a secured area with chickens. Lots of areas for the dogs to play and sniff around. ❤️

Aloha 🌺, We welcome you and your dog(s) to enjoy a fun, relaxing, refreshing dip/swim at Moana’s Oasis. Where your pup can take a dip and join in on the summer fun. *Please note that I many require proof of immunizations.

I have a back yard that is a hill form with steps on the side for dogs to go on 2nd tier all turf, and third tier where they can dig. I have a multipoo who enjoys running up and down the hill. I have chairs and hammock were you can read a nice book. Or just relax.

Fully fenced backyard with room to run and where dogs can’t see neighbors. There are trees, plants, garden, and outdoor seating area. Bottled water and shade provided. During summer time and hot days, kiddy pools will be provided for dogs. Parking and access to yard are available via private gated driveway. Single use code to be provided day of rental. Property utilizes security cameras 24/7 for security purposes. Please note I do have dogs who will be secured in the house. Please leash your dog(s) while walking to and from your car. Max 5 dogs and 3 people per visit. Each dog has to have their own leash and must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination may be required prior to entry. Discounts may be available for law enforcement, fire fighters, active or retired service personnel, teachers, and multiple dogs. Please message me for more info. Please clean up after your dog or you may be charged a cleaning fee. Trash cans, bags, pooper scoopers, and hand sanitizer provided. Full size pool for dog use only. Please refer to Sniff Spot’s policy regarding pool safety. Note you are responsible for your dogs safety while they are swimming. No lifeguard is on duty at this property. If you prefer to limit access to my pool, there’s a yard behind the pool area separated by a lachable metal fence. All fencing is at least 5.5 feet tall and is either concrete, wood, or chain-link. Please refer to photos before booking. Also note that signing a liability waiver may be required to enter this property. This may be provided prior to visit for review.
