Located in downtown Sacramento, this area is a nice place for some canine play/exercise. Right down the street from Urban Roots, and with plenty of free street parking, it’s a great and convenient option for downtown/midtown residents.

Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. *** This is a country retreat with vast land and multiple areas to explore, please check out our Sniffspot for a nature adventure if your doggy has a good recall only*** It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chicken will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small kid's playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and wild geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you, just send us a message. Large backyard with maintained lawn as the primary area, a shallow man-made pond near the house, shady side yard, multiple seating areas, & bocce ball court along the fence. Property backs to the creek & is lined with pine trees. We don’t treat the pond chemically as it is home to lots of frogs & our own pup likes to drink from it & climb in.

Lake available for swimming First dog 10/hr for first dog, each additional dog 5/hr

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. 5 acres of pasture with 3 different areas, huge open area to play fetch and stay clean with 2 other gated pastures with places to explore with a seasonal creek, we have a wash area with hot water for muddy paws or bodies! Welcome to our farm! We are an organic vegetable farm, most the vegetables are grown in the greenhouses, so please do your best to keep the dogs out of them. The rest of the property is free to roam. Soil to dig, pond to swim in, and plenty of smells. The cows and chickens are separated by an interior fence. The dogs are welcome to go up to the fence line and sniff around. If the cows seem agitated use your best judgment and keep them at a distance. There is a sitting area with water bowls at the pond. The pond is located between the house and the barn, look for two large cement tanks and you’ll find it. Please feel free to pick and eat blackberries when in season. But please do not eat fruit from the trees. Parking is by the solar panels. Enjoy!

Where your dog can feel just at home as we do, we are dog lovers and glad to welcome any pet to use our place we just ask to be respectful and treat it as your home, pool is open for use May- September! You are welcome to use durring those months. Pool will be open starting May 10th !

Private very large fenced in backyard with pool including umbrellas and lounge chairs. Back deck includes sun bed, table, and couch. Come sit in the shade or sun and play fetch with your dog and enjoy the pool. Wild squirrels run around the trees which are fun for the doggies to chase.

Tucked away and surrounded by a peaceful year round running creek, several mature oak trees providing plenty of shade and toys for you and your pup to have a fun adventure together without the distraction of other animals or people. We provide several seating options, a paddle board (seasonal), floaties (seasonal), cooler for drinks and food, toys, water (cold/hot/ice machine as well), water bowls, water shoes, doggie life jackets in varies sizes, doggie shampoo, natural bug sprays, doggie and hooman sunscreen, treats, a hose area to rinse off yourself and doggies, and a indoor bathroom. Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Our creek as well as many other play areas on our property is used safely daily by our 2 labs, 2 frenchies, kitty, family, friends and Sniffspot reservations*
