Come run and play on 10 acres! We have a large lawn, many flat and hiking trails with beautiful views! We have a pond that your fur babies and jump and swim in. There are many mature oak trees. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.

WHAT IS A SNIFFSPOT? You and your pups can come and relax in this beautiful fenced in backyard without having to worry about having other dogs or people around. SniffSpots are perfect for reactive dogs or those who just don’t have the yard space to get all their zoomies out. But of course, anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our pool and yard! Our address is: off Santa Angela St, Highland (full address to be provided after booking). The entire back yard is available to use including the grass area, chlorine pool (not heated unless requested via extras). The pool house is off limits and will remain locked. There is a hose behind the pool house for your use to rinse off before / after pool use. Please bring your own towels. Neighbors have dog(s) on adjacent fence which may be out occasionally. Because we do have nearby neighbors, if your dog(s) bark excessively and don’t settle well, we may not be the perfect spot for you - out of polite consideration for our neighbors. Thank you! I Welcome to our pet friendly backyard oasis. We have both hardscape and landscape with plenty of space for you and your furry kfriends. You and your dogs can swim in our salt water pool that has a depth of 5ft, a fire pit and more! We have many spots to sit and relax. We also have dog toys & treats. We are 420 and smoking 💨 friendly with ash trays available. Come over bring your friends and have a great time! Fenced in large yard with lounge chairs for humans. We also have water for dogs and a huge swimming pool for both humans and dogs.

Bring your furry friend for play time to run around and play freely in this private back yard. Your dog will love to splash around and cool off in a running man made stream. A large green turf area for playing fetch and a hill to run up and down. Fully fenced in. Side gate to enter and leave. We have towels to dry off your buddy before getting in your car.

Please read to the end: Nice yard with two grassy areas and a pool (extra charge to use pool due to maintenance costs). Patio table and chairs with umbrella and covered patio seating. Parking on street in front of house with side gate entry into backyard. Please keep pups out of the planters and off of the furniture. We take great care of our yard and pool and want you and your pups to enjoy yourselves while respecting our property. 2 dog maximum.

The house is located at the end of a cup de sac. No homes in front of me or on the street. Private location with horse trails next to me

Swimming is great exercise for your fur baby! I am dedicating my pool to the fur babies only. Of course, you may get in with them but the main purpose for me renting is for you to bring your fur baby. Swimming is great for dogs with arthritis and other such ailments. Senior dogs that don't like to walk anymore, bring them swimming. If you have a dog with too much energy and it's too hot to take them out, Bring them swimming. Your dog or dogs must get along with other dogs. Me and my animals will be present, but we will not be in the pool with you. My dogs do not like to swim and when anyone is in the pool, they steer clear. They will for sure be the welcoming committee and then back to napping they will go.

I have a back yard that is a hill form with steps on the side for dogs to go on 2nd tier all turf, and third tier where they can dig. I have a multipoo who enjoys running up and down the hill. I have chairs and hammock were you can read a nice book. Or just relax.
