A Piece Of Paradise Private Dog Park

We have a gorgeous fully fenced 2 acre area for both dogs and humans to enjoy. Most of the fence is 5 feet with the gate area being 4 feet. Lush green well maintained grass. (No digging allowed please) Wooded area in the back for some sniffing and exploring. In-ground pool that dogs & humans are allowed to use for an extra fee per hour, ADD POOL USE PER HOUR IN THE EXTRAS AREA. Plenty of sun and shade. Plenty of balls and toys to play with. Car limit is 2 cars, if you have an additional car you can add that on in the extra area. Dog limit is 4 dogs. If you want a doggie birthday party or something please reach out to us and we can figure that out together. Human limit is 6 total, people can be added in the extras for a total of 6. Again if are wanting more people please reach out to us. If you have any questions please don't hesitate!! 🥰 we do make exceptions for things like doggie birthday 🎂 Bathroom will be unlocked if you have booked for 2 or more hours.

PLEASE WATCH YOUR DOG AND TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT WERE YOURS; any damages to the yard must be paid for. - We do have a Property Manager walk the yard after every visit to document any dug holes, unpicked poop and other possible damages. Any unaccounted for damages will result if the guest being banned permanently from the property as well as reported to SniffSpot - Please note that there is a security camera pointing to the pool area.

Your dog will love our spot! This is one section of Camp Brown Dog, our Dog Adventure Camp! This side is a 3 acre fully enclosed pond area with a sun shade deck, picnic tables, kiddie pools for splashing, and water access! We also have a clean porta potty and dog wash station in the parking area. The pond is natural and treated. No gators!

Small working farm on Johns Island

I have had my spot mostly closed for a little while due to family issues. I have started to open the calendar up more and more, however. If you don't see any time open on the day you would like, message me, and I may be able to accommodate you and open your desired time slot. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.

Come let your babies roam and enjoy digging and smelling the smells of the country. We own a 3+ acres lot, with a horse pasture in our front field.
