Come and visit us at Wags & Whiskers Wonderland. Where tails wag fast and wave high, whiskers smile, wet noses sniff, zoomies can zoom and doggie wishes come true! Come alone with your dog, with doggie friends or maybe a doggie birthday "pawty" (pawty packages available). We love being a part of Sniffspot and providing a safe space for dogs to get exercise and explore. I have (and have had) reactive dogs and understand the struggles to find fun and safe spaces for them to explore. Come here and enjoy a fully fenced backyard with pool (optional extra fee). Fence height 4 - 5 feet. Large park like setting with grassy flat area for dogs to romp and play. There are dog bowls available and a hose for water. There is a patio seating area with table and chairs as well as a furnished gazebo to sit and enjoy some shade. A large mulberry tree also provides some nice shade with an available hammock to share with your furry friend. There is a heated built in pool, which is separately fenced for safety, and available for use with minimal additional fee. Dog toys available for in and out of the pool. For pool users we offer several sizes of dog swim vests from XS to XL, floats and lounge chairs. I also offer a supply of bug spray and sunscreens. In case of muddy paws there are pet wipes and also a first aid kit just in case. There is a large private driveway for parking. Please remember the purpose of Sniffspot...to interact with your dog so please engage with them and supervise them at all times…no dogs should be unattended at any time. My main focus of becoming a host is for the enjoyment, enrichment, benefit and safety of THE DOGS...this is why we have clear rules, boundaries and limitations which we ask that all of our guests respect. Please always ask if you have any questions or need clarification. To our pool users...If you have added the pool as an add on, the dogs are all welcome. Their humans (1-2 adults only per dog) are also allowed to enter with the dog as long as the human is interacting/playing with the dog (if no dog in the pool, then no people in the pool). I do my best to clean/skim the hair out of the pool between guests IF I am home. Unfortunately, I am not always home and cannot attend to the pool in between, and I apologize in advance if there is hair from a previous guest. I have a robot skimmer which may be floating in the pool to help keep if clean. If it is in the pool, please remove before entering and replace when you are done (there are instructions on how to do that at the pool). If you have a dog that may heavily shed, perhaps brush if possible before attending so that less hair enters the pool. We want to keep it nice and clean for all of our guests so everyone has a positive experience.We also do not want to put extra stress on the pool filter so we can keep it running for everyone to use. I also leave a skimmer net by the pool if needed. FYI...It's NJ so the pool is only open from May until mid September. Please keep this in mind when booking and feel free to message me if you want to check on availability. NOTE: 1) PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY DOG THAT IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF SICKNESS OR ILLESS (DIARRHEA, VOMITING, COUGHING, LETHARGY). ALSO, I KNOW SNIFFSPOT ASKS ABOUT DOGS BEING VACCINATED BUT DOESN'T REQUIRE PROOF. I BEG OF ANY GUEST THAT YOUR DOG PLEASE BE HEALTHY AND FULLY VACCINATED. I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS DOG AND ALSO A DOG WITH CANCER UNDERGOING RADIATION TREATMENT. BOTH ARE IMMUNE COMPROMISED AND I NEED TO PROTECT THEIR WELL BEING. 2) Allowed 1-2 adults per dog ONLY. 3) Pool area: Use at your own risk. Pool is 3 - 10ft on the deepest end. No running, diving or food/glass around pool. Please do not leave dogs unattended. 4) Raised deck attached to house not for use by guests. 5) Please return everything to it's proper place where you found it. 6) No alcohol or smoking. 7) Please do not let your dog pee or scratch at the pool equipment (filter/heater) behind the pool. 8) I do have some weekend blocks on the schedule. If you are interested in a specific day/time, please let me know, and I still may be able to accommodate you upon request. 9) I currently have dog limit set to 6 but can accommodate more upon request so please feel free to ask. We can make special accommodations upon request.

Beautiful, scenic, secluded 3.62 acres for your pups to revel in. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. This setting is named after our beautiful late German Shepherd, Cheyenne, who lives on in our hearts forever.

This property is located next to RVA fields and is privately owned. The property is fully fenced with a 6ft high fence and just about two acres!

Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some gaps along the bottom approx up to 4”, as this is a new fence, and I will add more dirt / grass soon. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 There is also a gap under the deck up to 17” where the dog could possibly crawl under which will be covered/fenced soon. Please keep your dog from going under there for safely reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. You are welcome to park in my driveway but please do not block in any cars. Thank you!

I run a doggie daycare and boarding business! My main reason for renting out my yard are for the dogs that cannot socialize with other animals or get to anxious. We are huge dog advocates and want as many pups to enjoy the yard as much as our own dogs do!

Beautiful fully fenced in backyard with large grassy running areas for dog including separated fenced in sand volleyball court where dogs can dig! Outdoor beautiful bathroom for humans to use! Please note: the pool is closing in September and will reopen in May 2024.
