Zoomie Zone: Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Lackawanna County PA

Fully Fenced
1 acre

🐾 Welcome to the Zoomie Zone – Happy Paws, Happy Hearts! 🐾 Born out of our years of passionate dog rescue work, the Zoomie Zone is more than just a play space—it’s a fenced-in haven for dogs who need room to run, sniff, play, and just be dogs. We created this Sniffspot because not all pups thrive at public dog parks, and not all humans properly supervise their dogs. That’s why we offer a safe, private, and fully enclosed space for your pup to enjoy off-leash freedom—without the stress. Every dollar you spend here goes straight back into our dog rescue efforts, helping us foster, transport, and find loving homes for dogs in need. 🐕 Why You (and Your Pup) Will Love It: ✅ Fully Fenced and Secure Nearly one acre of no-climb 5-foot fencing keeps your dog safely contained while they explore, zoom, and sniff to their heart’s content. ✅ Private & Easy Access Pull right into your designated parking area, and you’re just steps away from doggy paradise—no awkward interactions or long walks to get to the fun. ✅ Toys, Tug Trees, and Tail Wags We’ve stocked the Zoomie Zone with a toy bin full of fun—including ball launchers, frisbees, and more! There’s even a tether tree tug station for serious games of tug-of-war. ✅ Large Doggy Pool Available Want to cool down after all that zooming? We’ve got a large doggy pool on-site! Request to have it filled before your visit, or feel free to fill it yourself while your pup plays. ✅ Human-Friendly Too With ample seating and shady spots, you can kick back and relax, or get your steps in—10 laps around the perimeter = 1 mile! 📍 Convenient Location Just off I-81, we’re easy to find and perfect for a mid-road trip break, a weekly energy burn, or a special outing. Whether your dog needs a quiet space to roam, or just loves a new place to sniff, the Zoomie Zone is a private doggy dream come true. 👉 Book your visit today—and let the zoomies begin! 🐶 Follow our rescue adventures and stay updated: 📲 Facebook: facebook.com/share/18xvWumM8M

If your dog struggles with itchy paws, we also offer our homemade soothing paw rinse to help relieve irritation. Keeping Cool at The Wildwood Retreat ($3): A powerful 45-inch industrial Heat Buster fan to keep your furry friends comfortable. Head into the woods for an authentic hiking adventure on our mountain property. Our trail system features: The River Trail: Make your way through the trees on an uphill trek out to a beautiful river—and enjoy an easy downhill cruise on your way back! Scenic Overlook: Follow the property line out to a stunning view overlooking a local farm and preserved woods. Nature’s Parkour: Boost your dog's agility! Our 5-acre property offers a landscape unlike anywhere else in the region. Forget flat woods—you get steep slopes, rocky outcrops, and massive, ancient boulders that create a unique, three-dimensional maze for your dog to explore. It’s nature’s own jungle gym, full of rocky secrets waiting to be discovered! 🐾 Dip Your Paws In! Got a pup who is a little unsure about water? Skip the high-pressure splashes! Our calm river area is the ideal spot for timid dogs to take things at their own pace. With a gentle, natural entry, they can safely dip their toes in, explore the water's edge, and build up their confidence completely stress-free. ⚠️ Important Host Notes Property Setup: There is a home and a family shop on the property, but your trail and yard time is entirely your own private escape! Footwear: Because our trails feature authentic, natural mountain terrain with dirt, steep slopes, and rocks, proper hiking shoes or sneakers are highly recommended.

Frequently asked questions about Blakeslee small dog parks

What amenities do Blakeslee small dog parks typically include?

Blakeslee small dog parks feature amenities designed for appropriately-sized exercise: compact fenced areas, small-scale obstacles, and low-barrier entry gates, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Blakeslee hosts customize their spaces. Browse 144 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Blakeslee small dog parks?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Blakeslee dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Blakeslee spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Blakeslee small dog parks listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private small dog parks in Blakeslee compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Blakeslee see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private small dog parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Blakeslee hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Blakeslee small dog parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Blakeslee small dog parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Blakeslee private small dog parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit small dog parks in Blakeslee?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Blakeslee that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Blakeslee small dog parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Blakeslee small dog parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Blakeslee small dog parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Blakeslee where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Blakeslee small dog parks for special events?

Many Blakeslee small dog parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Blakeslee hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Blakeslee small dog park listings for event policies.

How do Blakeslee small dog parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Blakeslee small dog parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Blakeslee special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
