Your dog explores freely while you breathe in the rich scent of the forest and follow winding paths toward the river. Birds sing overhead, greenery stretches endlessly, and pockets of untouched habitat invite slow, peaceful wandering. Pawpaw trees, milkweed, nettle, honeysuckle and more thrive here, creating a living, breathing escape meant to be felt, not described. Ticks are always a possibility outdoors, but thanks to natural flooding, active birdlife, and low deer presence, they’ve remained minimal. Wooded 70 acres with 3 acre lake and creek unfenced

The Magic Land Homestead is a 70 acre provate retreat space with 2 Airbnb rentals a treehouse and an A-Frame. We chickens, turkey and geese so be sure your dog is foul safe or would need to be leashed. The lake and open field and mostly away from the foul but they are free range so could be anywhere. We have guests who stay and typically would not allow bookings of strange dogs during their stay. That means 70 acres mostly alone. I also drive a tractor and mow on certain days, otherwise it's very peaceful and quiet. We have 4 dogs of our own who will need to be contained during your visit as they are a pack and usually don't like other dogs.

Amazing 180 panaramic view of wooded area. A top a hill is a flat soccer size field. Surrounded by a rolling hill and smaller flats. Plenty of woods to roam around to investigate. Access to 2 separate small creeks. Recently cut trails through the woods. Presently we are having gate issues. *****You can park completely safe and off-road in front of the gate and walk a few short steps around one of the large stone pillars.****
