Otis' Private Dog Park In Smyrna
A hidden gem in the midst of Smyrna! Nested within the city limits is 25 acres of beauty and splendor - creeks, woods, field, trails, and a crystal clear spring. One side of the property is bordered by rock springs and has some natural fencing consistent with a century old farm and homestead. Walk back in time and enjoy the boundless scenery. Please be aware of the water features as the spring is deep and moves swiftly through the property. An abundance of wildlife live on the farm so don’t be surprised by deer, hawks, skunks, rabbits, raccoons and such. With a farm also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, fox holes, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes. So come prepared!

Danielle's 218 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Dunlap
💕🐶to help with the rising cost of gas, sniff pass discount is turned on AND Pay for an hour, get an hour for free. This is guaranteed if calendar shows availability. You will get 30 minutes before your reservation and 30 minutes following your reservation 🐶💕 Want to visit regularly? Pay for one dog and bring them all #bringallpups💕🐾 Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a Sniffspot leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park at the back boundary field or blue barrel curve and walk remainder of way in. The entire creek flows roughly October / November till first of July. 2026 has been rainy so we’ve only had a few day in July the lower end of creek was dry, so rare. Rain fills this creek fast so it may be dry in early July, August, September and early October but be full the next morning after a rain (use my address on weather channel app or inquire with me before your visit ) Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Heal with a Cold plunge in the creek vs going to a cryo therapy facility. ******please note: I only own the the center of the creek. Other land owners across from creek own to the center of the creek as well.****** if you see other land owners swimming at the back boundary, please choose another area to swim in till they leave*******. The mountain side and driveway itself it’s a safe place where you will not see other people and should only see wildlife. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. *Rules are simple which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 * if you need to leave bags of waste on side of driveway (I completely understand lol) please let me know where you’ve left it. please note: Dogs get to be dogs in nature here so bagging isn’t necessary 💕. Bagged waste is also welcome in the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *an upside down horse trough is provided for an extra seat and or table next to the fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations have been adding a metal table and 4 metal chairs that shouldn’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

5 Acres Unfenced Private Land In Readyville
There’s over 5 acres of land for your pet to explore! A long wooded driveway, front woods to explore, huge yard with grass always well-maintained, swings and fresh water are all available for you and your dog. We have several spots that are perfect for hanging a hammock in the trees so feel free to bring one! We have disc golf baskets you can enjoy if you have discs, a bench in the shade or swings to relax on. Dogs must be on a leash. We do not have a fenced in property and you will rarely hear or see dogs from other homes nearby. We occasionally have other animals come on our property as we live in the country and you may see rabbits, squirrels, deer, groundhogs, snakes and on very rare occasion armadillos. The house yard is sprayed for mosquitoes (safe for pets and humans), but please remember that ticks and other bugs live in the woods. There will always be a container of fresh water out at the back sidewalk or a faucet you can access. Please DO NOT bring your dogs on the porch or deck. Our own dog is inside the house and likes to think it is only her domain!

Rovers Retreat's 50 Acre Mostly Fenced Private Dog Park In Spring Hill
**WELCOME TO ROVERS RETREAT** Hi! My name is Lea, and my family and I have been fortunate to call this beautiful piece of land home for the past eight years. My grandmother gave the property to us before she passed away in 2020 at the age of 99, and this land has always been very special to our family. I grew up spending time here with my Memama, helping her milk the goats and riding my horse, Beauty. Today, my husband and I live here with our daughter and our three dogs. We are not farmers yet, but we love the peaceful, natural character of the land and all the memories tied to it. Before we built our home here, we used to bring our own dogs out to run, dig, explore, chase critters, and simply get all of their energy out. They absolutely loved it. Now we want to share that same experience with other dogs and their people. Rovers Retreat is approximately 50 acres of beautiful, private, raw Tennessee land where dogs can have the space to simply be dogs. **ABOUT THE PROPERTY** This is raw, natural land, not a manicured dog park. You will find large open fields, hills, native vegetation, and plenty of room to walk, explore, play ball or Frisbee, or simply relax with your dog. Please look at the property map included in our listing photos before your visit. It will help you understand the areas available for exploring and the few areas we ask guests to avoid. When you enter the property, we prefer that guests explore the fields on the right side of the driveway first. During parts of the summer, hay may be growing in some of the fields. We provide hay for cattle on a neighboring property, so when hay is growing, we will keep a mowed walking path through the field specifically for guests and their dogs. Please stay on the mowed path so the hay crop is protected. When hay is not growing, you are welcome to enjoy the open areas of the fields, including the center portions, for walking, hiking, playing Frisbee, throwing tennis balls, or simply letting your dog enjoy the space. We also have two picnic areas. One is located in the middle portion of the property and is a great place to sit down, enjoy a picnic lunch, throw a ball, or take a break with your dog. **PARKING & GUEST AMENITIES** When you enter the property, you will see the designated parking area on your left. Near the parking area, you will find a picnic table, doggy waste bags, trash cans, tennis balls in a metal container, bug spray, and a basic first-aid kit. Please return the tennis balls when you are finished. If you notice that we are getting low on doggy bags, bug spray, first-aid supplies, or any of the other guest items, we would greatly appreciate you letting us know so we can restock them for the next visitor. Please pick up all dog waste during your visit using the bags provided and dispose of all used doggy bags and other trash in the provided trash cans before leaving. **WATER STATION** Across the driveway from the parking area, you will find a water spigot and hose, along with water bowls and buckets for your dogs. You are welcome to give your dog fresh water there or fill your own dog water bottles before heading farther out onto the property. After your walk, you are also welcome to use the hose to rinse mud or dirt off your dog before leaving. Depending on the weather and how adventurous your dog is, they may get muddy, so we recommend bringing a towel with you. **FENCING & OFF-LEASH USE** The property is fenced, but much of the fencing is older agricultural fencing, and there may be gaps or areas where a small, determined, or escaping dog could potentially get through. We strongly recommend walking the property with your dog on leash first, especially if your dog is a runner, has unreliable recall, or is difficult to control. If your dog has excellent recall and stays close to you, you can decide when you are comfortable allowing them to explore off leash. **NATURAL TERRAIN** Please remember that this is raw countryside. You may encounter uneven ground, mud, tall grass, insects, poison ivy, stinging nettle, and other native vegetation. Please wear sturdy shoes that completely cover your feet and dress appropriately for walking through natural Tennessee countryside. **WOODS & WILDLIFE** Please stay out of the wooded areas and do not allow your dogs to enter them. Deer, wild turkeys, coyotes, groundhogs, and other wildlife live on and around the property, and we want to respect their habitat and avoid disturbing them. **POND AREA** Please stay out of the pond and keep your dogs away from it. A sign is posted near the pond stating: **“Enter the pond at your own risk. No diving or swimming.”** The pond is surrounded by vegetation and may not be easy to see from a distance. The water can become muddy and stagnant, so we do not want guests or dogs entering or drinking from it. We also have a family of groundhogs that lives near the pond, and we ask that their habitat not be disturbed. If your dog accidentally gets into the pond, you are welcome to use the hose at the water station to rinse them off before leaving. **OUR HOME** Please remain at least **100 yards away from our home**. We have our own dogs on the property. They are safely secured and fenced, but they may bark when they see or hear visitors. **TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT AREA** You may see our tractor and equipment near a green shed. Please remain at least **100 yards away from this area** and do not allow dogs or children to approach or climb on any equipment. **RED BARN & STORAGE AREA** On the left-side field, on the same side of the property where you park your vehicle, you may see a small red barn, rocks, stored materials, and other items on the far side of the field. Please stay well away from this entire area and do not allow dogs or children to approach it. **MOST OF ALL, ENJOY YOUR VISIT** Other than the restricted areas listed above, we want you to relax, explore, and enjoy yourselves. Walk the hills, explore the fields, throw a Frisbee, play ball, have a picnic, and let your dog sniff, run, and enjoy the outdoors. We feel incredibly fortunate to have this land, and we are happy to share a little piece of it with you and your dogs. **TENNESSEE AGRITOURISM WARNING NOTICE** **WARNING** Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. **You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.** **Tenn. Miles of marked hiking trails, woods and open pasture, a seasonal creek, and getting away from it all while still being close enough...all reserved just for you during your visit! We're honored to host families, friend groups, and hiking buddies who want to enjoy the peacefulness, beauty, and freedom found in adventuring with their pups on private rural land. (**It is up to the dog owner to keep themselves and their dogs on OUR property and not venture into a neighbor's area.**) Towels, water dish, hammock, table and chairs, and trail maps are available at the Welcome Station. A primitive outhouse is available for visitor use and is a little walk from the Welcome Station. Offering Sniffspot allows our family a unique opportunity to share our beautiful property with others. We are very cognizant of the rapid subdividing and development of rural land in Middle Tennessee, and we are hoping to continue offering our property as a peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of the area. Thanks for your support towards this goal! :) 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 We are proud of our wild homeplace and love sharing its beauty and peacefulness with others! This property has been in our family since the early 1800s, and in fact, our children are the 8th generation to live in our old farmhouse. :) The portion of the property for our dog guests and their people is 140 acres of beautiful woods and spacious open fields less than an hour from Nashville. This part of the property has several cedar glades, marked hiking trails, karst topography, a seasonal creek, a variety of wildlife, and several benches (one converts to a picnic table) available for guests. We’ve developed and are continually maintaining trails across our property. Some of the trails are wide and open and give you great access to the beautiful pastures. Other trails are narrow and twist through the unendingly interesting woods. All trails have names and are identified with signs and posted maps. The woods trails are also marked with flags and ribbons to help you stay on track. The terrain varies from flat and open to hilly and wooded. If you need the fresh air, chance to recharge, and time to explore as much as your pup, this is the place for you! Our property is unfenced, and there are some neighbor homes near the property lines. It is essential that your dogs stay close to you and don’t bother anything outside our property. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep paths mowed/accessible during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) ***Because this property has been a farm for more than 200 years, you may find some old implements, trash, and wire fencing left over from all those years ago. Staying on the trails while in the woods is advised. Also, you may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

Haley's 21 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Wartrace
Beautiful 27-acre property in rural Wartrace with plenty of room for dogs of any size or breed to come play, off or on leash. This is an awesome opportunity for you and your pet to go on the fun-filled, adventure-packed, private field trip you’ve been waiting for! We have a creek and pond on site for the water loving fur babies to use as they please! We ask that you use the second entrance that has a gravel driveway and parking area, rather than the entrance to the main house. There will be signage at the correct entrance. Keep in mind that we have a fence on all sides except along the road. However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁

Paradise is waiting for you
We recently bought a lil piece of heaven, 10 acres of paradise. Half is wooded and half is open land. Open field available for your babies to run on and an open spot in the woods to explore. The property line between us and our neighbors is marked with metal stakes so we ask that you keep your fur babies on our side. But feel free to explore the field of tall grass with trails winding through. We have a dry pond to explore and lots of room to throw a ball. We love it here. Once your done, you both will need a nap. There’s a hose out front of the house you can use to fill up water for your baby, and chairs at the walnut tree to relax in if you need a break. Feel free to walk the trails which come out near the fence closest to house and opposite side in field. Make you and your babies at home and enjoy paradise as much as we all do! See you soon!
