Spacious yard to run and play. You can park on left side of driveway or in the street. Enter thru the gate on the side of the house on the side street. Sheds and fire pit are off limits but patio is fair game. If the hammock is out, feel free to kick back. Sit and relax while your dog/s plays. Please clean up after your pet in the designated can. Enjoy a fully fenced 2-acre yard with plenty of scents from visiting wildlife. Horses and chickens will be joining us in winter 2025. Important Notes * This is our personal home and an active farm (est. 1801), not a commercial dog park. I host for the joy of sharing our space and to help with the costs of maintaining the property. * Please be respectful and patient—we’ll extend the same kindness to you. * the highway is next to our property so during peak travel hours, might provide some white/background noise but is not horrible. 🚗 At times, we may need to arrive/leave through the front yard during your booking but we will never enter the fenced sniff spot. 🐶 Our own dogs may bark if you’re near the house or camper, and we may be visible through our windows. 🌍 Property is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. However, we spray for ticks in spring/summer and mow frequently to keep grass short. 🌧️ After heavy rain, a temporary pond may form in the back of the yard. Be prepared for mud! 🏠 Rain shelter available upon request. Guest Rules * Limit: 2 humans per 1 dog. If you have more guests, please purchase the “Extra Guest” add-on when booking. * Please clean up after your visit. * Please arrive/exit the property on time during your scheduled booking.

Rent your own private dog park in Downtown Cleveland. Includes an indoor, climate controlled area* and an outdoor area. Located at Cleveland’s newest dog attraction, Bark Boarding! If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool. Some guests may be sensitive to this smell.

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

We offer private pool sessions in our 20x40 ft dog diving pool with a 40 ft turf dock. Whether you have an experienced dock diver or would like to introduce your pup to the sport, or you have a new puppy that you want to introduce to water, or an older dog that just needs some good healthy swim time, or a hunting dog that you want to keep in shape during the summer season, we welcome them all. We have a 10x10 ft kennel on site if you bring multiple dogs. Only 2 dogs allowed on the dock at a time. We book appointments by 30 minute or 60 minute increments. The owner will be on site for the duration of all appointments to assist you and your pups.

Fenced in yard, with artificial pet safe turf! This means there is never any mud! If your dog is anything like ours, there is no mulch for them to eat either! *If your dog digs, there is no place for them here! Sorry!*

Our backyard is your backyard! Let your dog(s) run and play in our fully fenced backyard. You can relax while they play - it’s very peaceful. We do have neighbor dogs on one side but they are seldom outside. Spring to Fall there’s a comfy seating area. Summer means the sprinkler and kiddie pool! Our gardens (fenced off from dogs) are yours to enjoy. Come, sit, stay a while as your dogs release that pent up energy. It’s fun in the snow! Our yard can be muddy in wet seasons, bring towels for dog wipe down during those times please.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations if less than 2 dogs. $40 for the 1st dog, each additional dog is $20/hr. We have a Heated/Cooled 7,500sq/ft facility with bathrooms.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!
