This private yard features a 6 foot high chain linked fence encompassing approximately 0.7 acres. For dogs: Balls and 3 types of ball launchers, including electric, manual, and shotgun, are provided. Also provided are a water bowl, towels, poop station, toys, and two off ground dog beds. For humans: A small refrigerator stocked with bottled water, a sunroom with electric fireplace, an outdoor bonfire with seating for three and snacks are provided. The main entrance is on a hill, but another entrance, that is only slightly sloped, can be accessed as well upon request.

Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dog. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and since we are new at this we are looking to see how this goes before adding additional features. At this time the house will be locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided.
