Big fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood in the cutlerville area, just off 68th st. The yard has a lot of shades it's still nice even on a hot sunny day. Parking can be in the driveway or parallel park on street. Great place for a dog to chase a Frisbee or ball!

We also have two peach trees that you are welcome to pick from. We don’t use and pesticides on the trees.

The chain link and white picket fences have spots that a dog could dig under if they are not watched. My 40lb rescue has dug out several times so you will see attempts to block some of the space at the bottom. The area is generally quiet but you may see a neighbor or a dog from time to time. Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset that the dogs love, a few small agility tunnels and one large one, an agility teeter totter, and have plans to add additional agility equipment at some point in the future. **I also have kiddie pools I can fill if you give advance notice and select it as an add-on option.** There’s a gazebo that offers shade and is also screened in to prevent most bugs from getting in. There’s a clear tote by the entry gate that contains clean towels and also a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

Private backyard with lots of free street parking accessible by latching gate. Trees and small natural area but mostly lawn. Near a beautiful paved walking trail to lakes and streams. Deck/patio with chairs available. Backyard is fully fenced and about 3ft tall all around, but has some wore down spots as pictured. Trash is alongside the house for waste. Fully fenced in. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

Let your dog run around our yard while you enjoy our deck. Water, treats and some toys provided for your pup. Private gate entry into a mostly private, completely fenced in yard. Kids are free to play with our toys. WiFi provided upon request!
