BEV's Private Dog Park In Lincoln

It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chickens, and goats and will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you. Thank you for reading all the details of the property before a visit as well!

Nicole's Private Dog Park In Fair Oaks

Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows. Please reach out with any questions or concerns! - Nicole ❤️

Great yard with lots of foliage and vertical elements for the dogs to sniff and explore. There’s a bunch of different toys, and some agility equipment that’s great for doing fitness exercises with your dog. It’s very spacious so a good place for a play date with another dog with plenty of room for them to sniff and decompress away from each other. We’ll definitely be back again! Heads up for reactive dog guardians that the neighbors’ dogs were out and barking at the other side of the fence for about the first hour of our visit, and they can also bark from their front window when you enter the spot—my reactive pup was curious but not worried about them and would still recall back since the wooden fence is secure and visibly private. If she was too fixated on them we just walked to the other side of the yard and did some tricks for treats to help her redirect her attention. Just come prepared with some high value management if you think they will worry your dog!

Lots of open space! We enjoyed it, access to plenty of toys and agility equipment. My border collie was pooped afterwards so safe to say it was a success

VERY NICE YARD. SUN & SHADE. OUR 4 Y/O BORDOODLE RAN HIS LEGS AND NOSE INTO OVERTIME!! DEFINITELY PLAN TO BOOK WEEKLY TIME. NEIGHBOR DOGS BARKED ALMOST ENTIRE TIME, BUT DIDN'T BOTHER OUR DOG OR DETER HIM FROM HIS RUN TIME.

It was wonderful to play in such a big yard with our Siberia husky and child. They have a playground, trampoline, some cool steps built around a tree and swings. I went here as a photographer to capture moments of my family and practice. Great natural light for photos and so many things for said models to interact with. They had dog toys and dog poop bags. We had a blast and everyone was ready for a nap when we got home except the kid 🤣 boundless energy with the little ones. Thank you for the amazing experience!

My 4 month old Corgi had the best time! He was able to run around and get all his sniffs out. He even got to play with some (new to him) toys that Edgar left out. Will be coming back!

Super cute back yard! This is our new go to spot to have our dog run around. If your dog is reactive to other dogs I would take note that the neighbors have dogs themselves and will bark if they are in their back yard. Other than that it’s a great spot and I always appreciate how they leave fresh water out for your pet. 10/10
