55Very easy location to find. We found a bag of treats labeled for my dogs at the entrance which was an awesome surprise. My dogs loved all the new smells & sounds of the other animals. Once the dogs started slowing down, I scattered the treats throughout the arena so they could work to find the treats. The place was exactly at described. Fun times! Thank you!Jackie G.

55This is our second time to Jill’s place, and we LOVE it. The dogs wear themselves out so easily with all the dirt. The functioning horse barn you walk through to get to the arena is also awesome in getting my reactive Shepherd used to uncommon noises. Emily O.

55Our dogs get so excited when we pull in here! We went after dark and the arena was fully lit! The dogs were very appreciative of the clean water they left out for us and fell asleep on the drove home after having an absolute blast! 55It was absolutely amazing!!! There was a barn cat when we walked thru, but my boys had the best time n they had the biggest smile on there faces with Tongue out and all!!!! The min we got in the car they laid down n passed out!!!! My lab barley could get in the car he was so wore out!!!!Tara M.

55We used the indoor arena on this visit, but will certainly be back again for the outside area! My dogs loved the area and tired their little hearts out within just 30 minutes (even though we booked the hour.) We were able to play, train, and get exposure therapy with the horses and barn cat. 55We had so, so much fun! The location was perfect, plenty of room to run and completely fenced so even our escape artist couldn't get out! The water bowl and waste bags were greatly appreciated. We had so, so much fun! The location was perfect, plenty of room to run and completely fenced so even our escape artist couldn't get out! The water bowl and waste bags were greatly appreciated. Our very energetic puppy has been sleeping most of the evening lol! Thanks Jill and Blue Heron!

55This review is for the indoor arena, please note, we did also get to experience the outdoor field, as well, as I made an error in booking and host was gracious enough to allow us to utilize both areas. I will review the outdoor field at the very end. This was our first SniffSpot visit to this location and our 1st experience with SniffSpot, overall. The host was very thorough and detailed in her description of the spot, so I knew what to expect in advance, which was much appreciated. The indoor arena was bright & clean. My dog did utilize the water bowl but did not use the provided toys. My dog has never played on dirt so I wasn’t sure what to expect but he did well. The toy I brought along to play with got caked in dust so keep in mind when you bring along toys, etc. My dog was exposed to smells not typical to him so it was great for him to investigate! Like the listing says, it’s totally enclosed. My dog had a blast exploring the arena and we will be back to this location!
Outdoor field: As above, the host’s description in the listing helped us to prepare for our visit. There were no holes, no trash, and the picnic table was appreciated. We had sun and shade during our mid-morning visit. My dog was exposed to lots of sights and sounds he’s unfamiliar with, so it was great for reducing his sensitivity to new things! I was pleasantly surprised at how he handled seeing the roosters (which were on the other side of the fence). The ground is uneven, although not an issue for myself, may be something to keep in mind. In addition, farm animal poop is also present, so consider this when selecting your footwear. I wore appropriate Muck boots. If your dog eats/rolls in poop, this could possibly pose a problem. Thankfully mine does not! Like the listing says, it totally enclosed. He had a great time exploring the outdoor field! We will return to this location!Amy W.
