Vince and Ava's Poolside Oasis ***Season 2024 Update we have caged chickens in the yard*** • Private Fenced Yard: Entire backyard is securely fenced with three gate entrances. The back gate opens to a spacious open field area. • Dog-Friendly Pool: The pool features a tanning ledge entrance, making it easily accessible for dogs. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers, and a hammock. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $30 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Note on Chickens: We have caged chickens in the yard this year. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. We look forward to providing you and your furry friends with a delightful and safe poolside experience!

Near Greenbrier, Battlefield, and Military...fully fenced in yard. Guest can use green trash can as long as all waste is wrapped and tied in a plastic bag. Will be adding more amnenities as interest in site grows.

Wide open running area for our special friends while you enjoy lounging under a shaded sitting area watching golfers nearby on the golf course. We provide a basket of toys for humans and pups for unlimited fun.

Run, Jump, Splash, Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats and frosty paws ice cream available upon request and let us know if your pup has any dietary restrictions. Bottled water available for guests and fresh water for pups(frozen bowl or ice cubes available upon request). We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Our equipment appreciates you. 😉

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

Fully fenced backyard at our house that is located in Coinjock. We are 4 miles from Morris Farms and 30 miles from Kitty Hawk. We have two dogs, but they will not be in the yard during reservations. Our yard is surrounded by a 6-foot-tall wooden fence. There’s a wood deck with seating and a fire pit for your enjoyment. Bottled water is available at no charge for humans and pups, in the mini fridge. Your welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. Dog bowls, kiddy pool, and hose are in the yard for the pups.

I have a 2 acre back yard fenced in all the way around and always I’m close to the beach for those water loving dogs as well.
