Seating in multiple places around the yard includes bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers and hammock. NO SMOKING / NO VAPING/ NO ALCOHOL. Only 1 person per visit is allowed in the pool to assist dog(s). No matter how many dogs visit it is only 1 designated person per visit. I booked this location because of the size, my dog is 100lbs and loves big places. Unfortunately I hadn’t received the notification that the owner was unable to accommodate our request, due to the mud and some fencing issues, until we pulled up into the driveway (not her fault, it said it had been sent an hour prior the notification just didn’t show up). However! They were SUPER accommodating and allowed us to still take our dog to a different pasture they owned, my dog loved the big area and slept the whole way home. They even gave us a dog toy for being the first people to book the location. This was our first time using Sniffspot and we’ll definitely use it again!

Awesome location! We brought our very reactive foster dog to try swimming and it was a nice, quiet location to let her enjoy herself. There is a path right behind the house so a few times bikes rode past, but the fence is strong and high so I felt secure letting our pup off leash. The pool is awesome and our pup had such a great time. She actually relaxed on the car ride home she was so tired-she has never done that before! We hope to return again soon! Thank you!

This was our first time here and it was even better than expected! Our host was extremely responsive and the site was perfect for dogs! Even my apparent “non-swimmer” had a great time exploring the yard. The space made you feel welcome but not afraid to let your dog be a dog!
