Nice backyard area. both sides are available including lots of short grass and some nice tree areas in the back. Owners and pets are welcome to use the chairs and Hammock on the deck. I previously lived in an apartment with my two large rescue dogs and used Sniffspot weekly for my pups to get some exercise in a safe way. I’m so thankful to have a yard now to share with other pups! My dogs will always be secured inside when you’re here. Our backyard is fully fenced. Please relax under the shaded trees or on our porch while your pups run and play 🐾

My back yard is fully fenced and gets mowed every 2 weeks. It is accessible via the gate at the side of the house. It is mostly even grass. After a good rain the yard is full of fun puddles and can be muddy. So much fun for the pups! There are a couple of chairs in the yard and plenty of street parking.

Run, Jump, Splash or Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence on, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Our pool equipment appreciates you. 😉

🐶 A tired dog is a happy dog :) 📍This ~3000sq/ft of private fully fenced yard is a great area to let your dogs run, especially reactive pups! Letting a dog off the leash where they can run around makes a huge difference for a dog’s well-being, mentally and physically. Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.
