Approximately 5 acres of sloping, pasture-like land located at the top of a hill. This upper portion is available to run your dog. We share the land with turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, deer, coyotes, and bobcats. These loveable wildlife are generally only out at dawn, dusk, and after dark. Your dog must be well-behaved and listen to your commands not to chase these residents. We also have beehives back in the trees and ask that you and your dogs avoid this area for your safety and the safety of the bees.

There is a fenced in backyard that would be secure for a large dog but a small dog could find a way out. I have a large water bowl and hose for fresh water. Poop bags/shovel available There are three different walks or trails. Two are rather steep terrain and one is short but mild. Off leash is ok but deer can be present at times so know your dog. I’m almost always home and always available if you have any questions! Easy to park

Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.
