Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. We are always upgrading our amenities so for the month of October we will have pumpkins and dog Halloween costumes. Come have a fun photo shoot!

Fully fenced open field experience to walk, run, and sniff! You will also have a beautiful new shade structure for your use with seating, a table, and water spigot. This open area is great for active pups to get a free run, walk around the perimeter, or fetch super long ball throws! Your pup can jump on the large boulders and run to their hearts content. Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. A freshly laid gravel driveway and parking area is provided along with various seating areas, and a hose for washing off the mud. Come visit our little hillside clearing in the woods! You’ll have the run of about 1.5 acres of mixed terrain, including wild meadows, a seasonal creek bed, oaks, redwoods, blackberries, fruit trees, some native landscaping, and a long gravel driveway that runs the length of the property. ✨It’s magical✨ ⚠️But please read our Spot details carefully and be mindful of the downsides too: 🌲 We mow and cut back growth every week in the summer but this is a natural woodland more than a suburban yard. 🦊 Foxes, deer, and owls live here! They’re not active during the day when you visit but tick precautions are advised for pups and people alike. There is a fenced in backyard that would be secure for a large dog but a small dog could find a way out. I have a large water bowl and hose for fresh water. Poop bags/shovel available There are three different walks or trails. Two are rather steep terrain and one is short but mild. Off leash is ok but deer can be present at times so know your dog. I’m almost always home and always available if you have any questions! Easy to park
