We live in the country and it’s so beautiful out here, the dogs will absolutely love it

6.25 acres totally fenced in a country setting. A large portion of the property is accessible to pups, mowed field paths and lots of room to run. Quiet setting and woodland and farmland views. This is the country. No concrete…you will encounter dirt and smells of farm living. We have natural growth areas for wildlife that your dog may encounter that may be dirty and contain sticks, wildflowers, weeds, etc. Dogs love it here as it’s a place they can run and have fun.

Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just run. _________________________________ SPECIAL EVENT JOIN OUR TEAM: 1 free additional stay for any dog signed up and completes the 2023 30 mile walk for Wounded Warriors starting April 1- May 7th. Come join our Team , myself and Felicity my puppy being trained as a service dog, search and rescue and medical support. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 6 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. There are many species of wild life on the land, from fish, coyote at night, mostly deer, beavers, raccoons, and ground hogs...etc. By May we will have horse fencing on our east and South wooded areas which have a natural wooded border. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. Come enjoy two acres of fully-fenced green space to let your dog(s) run free, relax and have fun! We offer a lot of open space to play ball, a dirt/sand area for dogs that love to dig, and chairs when you need to rest! We also provide some essentials like hand sanitizer, a doggie first aid kit, waste bags and more! Due to the canine respiratory virus, we no longer provide shared toys or water bowls. However, we do provide access to our hose/spigot so your pup can have cold, fresh water if you bring your own container. A few rules: 1. Please treat our yard as you would your own. 2. Clean up after yourselves (and your dogs…we provide waste bags and a trash can). 3. Please do not go on the trampoline. 4. Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of dogs you are bringing and include a note indicating how many adults will be visiting as well. 5. We understand that accidents happen, if something gets broken or damaged just please let us know immediately. We do have new home construction directly behind our property. The activity level changes daily but it should be complete by late May. See you soon!

Our property is approximately 1/2 mile off the road making it safer for your pup! Come visit our secluded and serene location in Sunbury, Ohio. Roam the property, take a hike on over 1 mile of well kept trails, or just walk around the barn to check out all of our chickens! We do have a few barn cats that are all friendly, and up to date on all vaccines. When you’re all done playing, drive up the road to visit Henmick Farm brewery. Their outdoor area is leashed dog friendly and they serve the best food trucks, beers and cocktails! *please note, there are streams along the trails that dry up during summer months, but the large pond is not our property.

We offer a unique experience on a beautiful 7 acres, with an off leash area, multiple trails, and an opportunity to get some training done by Ohio's premier positive reinforcement, relationship based dog trainer.

Private property - 1 acre unfenced access to Blockers Run; maintained creek bank and bed with step access, fire pit/tiki torches (wood and matches may or may not be provided - please bring your own just in case), seating, mowed open field. Parking off-road through grasses in field just before the bridge. Please do not allow yourself or dogs to go up past the pallet garden. Pine trees and tall grass alongside are property boundaries. We own part of the property across the creek up to the birch tree cluster. Please pick up after your dogs. Trash can is not provided due to wildlife. Property monitored with security and wildlife cameras. Not accessible during or immediately after heavy rainfall due to water safety.

1 acre of relaxation and recreation. Open field, wooded area and a small hill leading to The Black River. Your dogs will LOVE romping around the yard, hill as well as playing and swimming in the river! Also, you can stay as long as you’d like and I don’t charge extra. My fee is for the day, you can even leave and come back.

Quiet 3 acre farm with half acre fenced in area for your dog to run and stretch its legs and enjoy splashing in a kiddie pool..there are chickens and geese free ranging on the property for your enjoyment..property is surrounded by fields so you may get a glimpse of deer roaming in the fields..other animals also welcome to use dog area..such as small pigs and goats.

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .
