Thank you ☺️ 4 acres of doggy paradise. Fully fenced. Large pond for your dog to cool down, lots of smells, 12 feet tall “mountain” for athletic dogs. Lots of natural shade plus shade sails. Hanging hammock. For your convenience: *dog toys * towels (please ask us if there are no towels in the bins or they got wet). * first aid kit * dog bowl * hand sanitizer * poop bags * dog swimming vest * drinking water (5 gallon jog) * large bowl of ice (available upon request when host is on site) * restroom (available at the barn, please note that you might encounter people if you walk in the barn) NOTE: there are no people/dogs at the sniff spot but you can encounter people while walking through the property to access the spot. If your dog is human reactive please contact us before booking as on weekends mornings and M-F after 5 there might be people on the property (there are never people at the sniff spot, but sniff spot is part of 26 acres property and there might be people at the other parts of the property). Please keep in mind, there is a resident dog on site, Labrador Big Max, therefore it is crucial that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, so Big Max is inside and does not come to greet you. There is lots of space to park, please don’t drive on the lawn, it is a short walk from parking to the spot entrance. Thank you for understanding. Not suitable for toy/small dog breeds due to size of the property. Please don’t come to “check us out” without appointment or before your appointment! It is our home, please respect our privacy. Welcome to Sweet N Sour Farm. Our family of 7 are all animal lovers & we look forward to meeting you. The play area is a fully fenced paddock with enough free space to tire out even the most high energy pup. Property is perimeter fenced as well. All areas have individual fencing for safety, in case of escape artist. Peaceful, quiet spot with beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Many wild birds around during the day. Peaceful view of the pond and our farm animals. Enjoy open area playtime with your furbaby or sit and enjoy the surroundings while they play. Gated entrance and gated parking, no safety concern for your vehicle or belongings.

Our property is beautiful. Fully fenced pasture with stately oaks, picnic area, dog toys & a pond for the dogs to swim. We offer a bathing station with towels and doggy shampoos available. Great facility to train your dog. Large parties welcome! No bookings past 5pm. We turn out our horses @ 6pm. Please call 305-304-6710 if you have any questions.
