There is no resident dog, and the space is reserved exclusively for each booking. It is especially well suited for dogs who are anxious, reactive, newly adopted, older, or simply more comfortable away from crowded public dog parks. Please park in front of my house rather than in front of neighboring homes. You are also welcome to park in the driveway, but please do not block the garage. You can enter the backyard through either of the two white gates in the fence. Either entrance is fine. Please make sure the gate is closed and latched securely behind you when you arrive, and again when you leave. We’re just getting started, and I’ll be making thoughtful improvements and adding amenities over the coming weeks, including comfortable seating, fresh drinking water, Wi-Fi and power access, and other small touches to make visits even more relaxing for dogs and their people. Welcome to The Vista, a 30-acre outdoor space, with 15 acres for dogs and owners to enjoy. The area includes three main sections: an open field, a pond, and hiking trails. While there are no visible animals or pets on the higher levels, neighbor dogs may occasionally be visible at a distance from the lower areas. Wildlife is active and may cross your path—please avoid interaction when possible. This is an unfenced, off-leash location, and we cannot be held liable for dogs who are escape artists! Our pond spans 20 feet across and over 20 feet deep, with an almost immediate drop-off when stepping in. The pond is spring-fed and stocked, so feel free to swim, fish, or float during your visit (anytime between June and November). There is no electricity or formal structure, but you are welcome to set up a tent or umbrella for shade. This is a carry in–carry out site, so please leave no trace behind, including your trash. For twice the fun with your furry friend, consider upgrading to camp overnight! A porta potty is onsite, but there is no water or electricity available. Please note that security video surveillance is in place for safety. **A kennel club uses the lower field on Wednesday nights and Saturdays 10-5. There WILL be dogs within view, at a distance, during these times**

No chainsaws will be operating when dogs are booked, but there may be a tractor dragging some trees around. Thank you for your patience. 💕🐾💕 Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

A great stick collection for any stick shopping you fur baby may want. There is nature abound, the yard is often visited by deer and fox, and plenty of birds! The yard is unfenced but the roads are quiet most days and most times, as the neighborhood is off the main road and home to many families who prefer leisure over noisy areas. The only other animals that reside in the area are fenced in, but the smells are abound! Poop freely, the owners will clean up. Water for you or your pet is available, and treats as well. A cat can be seen window-gazing at times, and a deck in the back is great for relaxing while your dog inspects every inch of the area :) ! If there is anything you would like, feel free to ask!
