Jen's 100 Acre Private Dog Park and 2.5 miles of trails in Bath, Ontario.

Partially Fenced
100 acres

Daily 7:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. we offer a partially fenced 100 acre property where your dogs can run free. Updated April 3 2026: Spring is upon us! We've got snow, ice, earth, grass, mud, and gravel going on. The birds are going crazy 😍 There will be rain runoff out there, too. The culvert has water now, suitable for dogs to swim. General description: Currently, we have 3 official (2.5 miles of) groomed trails plus 2 groomed 1 acre field play areas. In warmer months, the main trail and playing fields are cut short if you wish to avoid longish grass. We keep the main trail plowed all winter, and side trails if the snow isn't too deep or heavy. We have chairs available in the first field for you to relax. We have a Chuckit and balls available, fresh well water, bowls, and a garbage can in the first field also. There is a pond at the bottom of the first field to the right. Be advised that in spring and summer there are geese and ducks that nest there; muskrats and/or otters year round - please prevent your dogs from harassing the wildlife. I don't recommend the pond for swimming for humans at all and only for dogs in May, but dogs swim in there all summer and fall; it's your choice. In winter, the pond poses a danger. Please don't allow people or dogs to go on to the ice. There will be a warning sign in winter. From there we have a mile long gravel walking trail along fields and woods. It's very straight, and if you stay on the trail, you can't get lost. It is very quiet and peaceful. You can often see deer, wild turkeys, vultures, and lots of other birds, sometimes bald eagles. A walk to the end and back is 2 miles and takes 40 minutes at a moderate pace. Part way back the main trail goes through a shallow marsh. In the spring the frogs singing is quite remarkable! Further along there is a small run-off creek and metal culvert that is suitable for dog swimming when it is filled with water. This is marked with orange pylons so is avoidable if you put your dogs back on a lead as you pass. Just past the culvert, there are 2 fields going East that are planted with winter wheat. We have trails cut around these that go along woods and takes about 15 minutes, ending back on the main trail. If you just travel along the main trail you will reach the big hill. There is a tree stand at the bottom of this hill that has a deer trail camera on the stair railing facing up the west side of the hill. Going East at the base of the hill is the entrance to The Shady Trail, a nice short trail going through the cedars. The entrance is marked with orange tape. This trail ends at a small field with a deer stand in it, a red arrow marks the way back to the main trail. In and back would take about 10 minutes. The main trail ends at the top of the big hill. Please stay out of the woods spring through fall due to ticks. You can use the woods once cooler weather comes, provided you can find your way out. We do have ATV trails with entrances along the big hill, marked by private property signage. These trails aren't always obvious to others and we don't want folks getting lost so please keep your bearings. Be dressed for gravel on the trail, uneven footing on the side trails, and potential water and mud puddles on the property in wet seasons and after rain. During spring and summer, prepare for insects. Wear hats and repellent. ** The main trail can be icy in spots in winter so wear appropriate boots. The main trail runs North/South so if you want a sunny walk, go at midday. A shaded walk, go after 3 p.m. We have a white garbage can for poop but please use biodegradable dog poop bags. *Please remove your dogs' poop wherever they go!* *No smoking on the property* ***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD, $11 per hour for the first dog, subsequent dogs are $5.50/hour. On your way home, stop at MacKinnon's brewery just down the road for food and drinks. They are dog and family friendly; an all around great place to visit! DOGS POOL PARADISE- CLOSED 🚫

Fully Fenced
1 acre

*IMPORTANT* We are now CLOSED! 😢 Thank you everyone that came and visited us 🙏. We wish everyone all the best in the future ❤️ WELCOME to our backyard paradise! 😍🐶 Hours- Tuesday- Saturday 11-7 🐶- Price is for 1 dog, every additional dog is 50% off! 🧍🏻🧍🏻‍♀️- Humans can swim too but for additional fee and must be booked in “extra” section when booking!! Max 4 people on property! Welcome to Durham Regions only Sniffspot with in ground salt water pool, and fully fenced 1 acre grass yard! 6 ft high privacy fence allowing your dog to zoom around the whole 1 acre backyard! 🤩 We absolutely love dogs, having 5 rescue dogs of our own, we know how tough it can be to find a safe and secure property for them to run and enjoy themselves! So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ We do have 5 dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. Pool- if you would like to use the pool with your dog, we would be happy to have you come kick back and relax 😎 This is an additional fee per person per hour and must be booked in the “extra” section when booking in your dog(s) We will provide a towel and float for you! 🥰 4 people max, and for 2 hours max. (longer bookings can be accommodated please message to book) No children under 3 in the pool please. No alcohol permitted on the property. There is free street parking either on our street or the side street beside us ✨We don’t supply life jackets for dogs/humans. So if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one. ✨ We donate 10% of all profits to a dog rescue that is near and dear to our heart! So we appreciate every single one of you and by visiting us you help dogs in need! 🐶🥹❤️ IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD this is out of our hands, and is put in place by Sniffspot. They also take 22% off the top from us. We looked at a local kennel close to us with a pool, and seen they charge $20 for 20 minutes. So total it would be $60 for an hour. Plus there are lots of other dogs at the facility which doesn’t work well if you have a reactive dog. We on the other hand are 100% private just for you, and our prices are per hour not just 20 minutes. We wanted to price ourselves as fairly as we could to cover our cost, while still staying as cheap as we could for your pet! 🥰 Safety note- You are fully responsible and liable for your personal safety, your kids safety, and your dogs Safety while in the pool and/or on the property and by booking you acknowledged this and have agreed to this. We thank you for choosing us 🙏 and hope your fur babies have a great time! 🥰

Frequently asked questions about Codrington dog water parks

What amenities do Codrington dog water parks typically include?

Codrington dog water parks feature amenities designed for swimming and water play: river, stream or creek, lake or pond, beach, swimming pool, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Codrington hosts customize their spaces. Browse 12 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

Can I find dog water parks in Codrington with water access?

Many Codrington dog water parks include water features! Filter by amenities to find swimming pools, natural ponds, or water play areas. Water is perfect for hot Codrington days, water-loving breeds, or low-impact exercise for seniors and disabled dogs. Each listing specifies water type, depth, and safety features. Some Codrington hosts provide life vests or shallow options for nervous swimmers.

How clean are private dog water parks in Codrington compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Codrington see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog water parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Codrington hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Codrington dog water parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Codrington dog water parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Codrington private dog water parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog water parks in Codrington?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Codrington that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Codrington dog water parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Codrington dog water parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Codrington dog water parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Codrington where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Codrington dog water parks for special events?

Many Codrington dog water parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Codrington hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Codrington dog water park listings for event policies.

How do Codrington dog water parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Codrington dog water parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Codrington special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
