Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

Welcome to VEGAS Dog park!! We are the Vega Family 👨🏽 👩🏻 👧🏻 🐶🐕‍🦺. We have a nice, big backyard for your dogs to run around and have fun in! Our spacious, fenced-in yard provides the perfect space for your dogs to roam, sniff and explore! We have a zip-line if you want to practice walking/training on a leash with them. I highly suggest the edible doggy bubbles! Hilarious to watch! We have mosquito spray available because…Texas!! There is also a water hose and bowl available. It is disinfected before each visit and the hose is turned on/off for each visit.

100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **Due to liability/insurance requirements, only dogs are allowed to swim during Sniffspot visits. One human per dog is allowed in the pool when ACTIVELY assisting their dog ONLY and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 13 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Beautiful dog oasis conveniently located in Bryan. Your pups will enjoy a large fenced in yard with plenty of room for running and playing. Splash in the beautiful pool that has shaded areas as well as a sun deck. A large, covered patio is available with lots of seating as well as a TV. Water hose available for washing off.

1 18f pool with dog friendly steps. Water trough for drinking or bathing. Chairs, hammock. Fire pit. 2 plum trees, a pomegranate tree and a small garden. Feel free to pick fruit if you see it. My dogs can be inside or come out and play. They are very friendly.

We have capabilities for short term stay or long term stay if it needs to be weeks. Our big spacious pens are sturdy with shelter and great for any dogs.
