Aloha! Come enjoy a private wood in Piedmont with your pup! We have a driveway for parking, a fully fenced property, as well as additional fencing bordering the Sniffspot, Pono Pines. You will enter through the driveway, turn right into the gate, and follow the walkway through to the Grow Zone. Potty is okay in this first spot. Once you pass under the archways, you will see signs that say “no potty” for just a few yards until you reach the Pono Pines entrance. Pono Pines is equipped with an agility course, ball pit, fetch toys, enrichment toys, a water and wash up station, and many more amenities to make your stay a time of play! The view is everything! We are a ten minute walk from the Glen Park Bart station and downtown dog friendly restaurants and bars.

Huge backyard to let your pets out and run.

A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.

truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post w/ sprinkler for hot days. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. there is currently a kiddy pool, but will construct a much better wading pool with drainage. We change and add fresh water daily. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows.

Open 6am -6pm It’s wet,grassy ,sandy soil, not to muddy but some standing water this time of year ,so a towel for the dogs ,and waterproof shoes/boots are suggested 💦 with 5ft no climb fencing. Great place to let your dog run safely. Bring and enjoy the porch swing in our new “Dog House” while your dog enjoys the park!

*Note: if it rains we may close our spot due to excessive mud/flooding. It usually needs a day or two to dry out. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! A great place to practice training, socialize a young puppy, or play rough.

Hi everyone my name is Taylor! I specialize in working with reactive/aggressive dogs. I am an apprentice dog trainer as well as a sport dog trainer! Moreover, I provide dog boarding and daycare services for reactive/aggressive dogs from our property. I know all to well what it’s like to have a dog selective dog. I want to help give others some peace of mind by providing a safe space for you and your dogs! If anyone is looking for a place to work on their dogs reactivity, and you need someone to train with, me and my dogs are more than willing to help. I’m well educated on all things dogs and have an immense amount of dog handling experience. We have a small pasture in the front of our property that is fully fenced! This space is perfect for someone looking to do structured training with distractions. We are just starting out with Sniffspot, so more amenities to come! We currently have: table and chairs, parkour equipment, a water hose, a step on sprinkler, and a few different types of toys. There are poop bags, bottled water, towels and more! Unfortunately I don’t think this space would be well suited for small dogs, as there are spaces where small dogs could slip through the fencing. (See pictures). The other downside to this spot is that it is on a pretty busy road. We do have chickens and livestock on the other side of the verticals wood fence. They mostly stay away from the Sniffspot pasture, but all animals are dog friendly! We also have two horses in a separate pasture. If you’re looking to acclimate your pup to livestock please let me know and I can help! I am all about setting dogs up for a successful life and want to do everything I can to help. I’m also very open to suggestions on how to make the Sniffspot better so recommendations are welcome!

Our El Sobrante backyard has been such a blessing to us. It's our favorite place to relax and enjoy nature. Now that's available to you. We offer a relaxing shaded patio with comfy chairs for getting out of the direct sun if needed. Supplies and Toys to make sure your pup has the best time. The backyard has tiered retaining walls that can be fun to climb and hop for larger pups and plenty of open space for running, digging, and horseplay. We are open to feedback and are considering purchasing a kiddie pool for the pups. Let us know if you would like a kiddie pool option. Site Deer, play fetch, hose your pup down, or unleash them and let them run free while you relax. The choices are abundant, and we hope you enjoy your time with us.
