Dogs will see livestock and hear barking dogs in the distance.  we met with the owners to understand the overall layout and the Owners were very friendly and helpful. There’s no fence but the only open spot to the 2-way road is the entrance- the rest is enclosed by trees, shrubs.
Didn’t see a hose for water but we brought our own and didn’t see a dedicated garbage can for the site so we disposed of what little trash we had in the garbage can at the end of the driveway.
My pup and his brother’s tongues were hanging out the whole time they had so much fun.

It’s clean and well maintained. There’s two cute, shaded areas to sit, if your dogs will allow it. The pond is perfect. It’s large and deep enough for dogs get good exercise swimming and isn’t muddy or slimy. The property does not have a fence but most of it is neighbored by a nature preserve or Debbie’s property. There’s a two lane road bordering part of it but tall hedges block most of it from the play area. My dogs have great recall and like to keep close by so I wasn’t worried about the lack of fencing. The pond wasn’t murky and my dog loved it. It isn’t fenced in but the way it’s set up is pretty secure.
My dogs have a decent recal and i used long leashes as a backup.
She has a little trash can set up,wipes water and a bowl.
