2.5 acres with Wi-Fi available. You have a natural fence made by trees and bushes. But there is no actual fence. There is a steeper incline with 2 rows of pine trees to get to the back road. The back road is 55 mph. We have a small pond on the property. The pond usually has tall grass around it. We have a wooded area as well. Water is out of the spicket that is attached to the house. You can only run 5 minutes of water per hour. Water is not available for temperatures below 40 degrees. You are responsible to pick up all your dog waste.

Dig defense lining the fence in areas that are susceptible to digging. Dogs must be supervised at all times, and a garbage can & scoop are provided! We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. Guests enjoy special sensory nooks like sniffington alley, a splash pool in the warmer months, designated digging zone, a shaded lounge area to cool off on an elevated dog bed, complete with clean towels and a grooming kit. Custom made slat mill coming soon! Extras like self-serve wash stations, special events like "gotcha day" anniversaries, birthday parties, photoshoots, or puppy playdates can be arranged within a day’s notice :)
