Corey's (nearly) 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private “Dog Park” In Downtown Davenport

This is our 0.88 acre fully-fenced-in yard! (See the last photo for aerial view with blue fence line!) We mow it weekly (though the perimeter doesn’t ALWAYS get weed-eaten, but that makes the lizards happy 🤪) It is a HUGE piece of property that we would love to see enjoyed by a flotilla of happy dogs!

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls. We provide tennis balls. Our Living Room amenity with board games, chairs, and goat treat station is now closed due to Sniffspotter theft and abuse. Also, our hammock and dog sprinkler have been removed. We do offer 2 plastic chairs for your use in the pasture. Feel free to bring your own chair(s). Please note: This is a farm. Our goats and pig are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, owls, barn cats, and more. 4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.
