The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Screened in pool has a accessible doggie door to go in and out as they choose. Humans can take a dip with their furry pals and cool down. Chairs and shade if needed.There is a trampoline if your pet has a wild side, ours do, as well as a tire and rope for chewing or swinging. No fertilizers, pesticides used in the yard or home. Our dog that lives on property takes flea medication monthly.

Bring your dogs to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get some sunshine with your best friend(s). There’s a big open field to play or train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

For pups we have a fresh water fountain, toys, a kiddy pool, 2 sprinklers and sun bed to enjoy. (As well as plenty of squirrels) For parents we have lots of covered and uncovered seating, a hammock cabana, power outlets and even a tree swing!

Will's Private Dog Pasture In Clermont

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls. We provide tennis balls. Our Living Room amenity with board games, chairs, and goat treat station is now closed due to Sniffspotter theft and abuse. Also, our hammock and dog sprinkler have been removed. We do offer 2 plastic chairs for your use in the pasture. Feel free to bring your own chair(s). Please note: This is a farm. Our goats and pig are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, owls, barn cats, and more.
