They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Bring some sunscreen and come hang out for an hour or two with your dog in my heated (85 degrees) pool! I have a modest fenced in yard for zoomies and plenty of squirrels. Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *3 "registered" dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per visit. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and between dogs from different households is NOT permitted. The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 3rd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open time slots within the restricted early morning & early evening schedules. The Club field is 1/2 acre, quiet, shaded, and fully-fenced (6 foot w/privacy screening). Restricted gate access: Existing members and regular/returning non-members (after 3 visits) are provided with a unique code for "unassisted" gate access. New and occasional guests gain '"assisted" access by Club Manager. I have a large, fully fenced private backyard for your pups to enjoy! There are toys provided that are washed regularly and replaced every few weeks. Water bowls and a hose is provided as well as a kiddie pool that you may fill for your pup if you please. The yard has shady trees and shrubs that your pups can relax under to escape the sun. Cool off on our 1600 square foot pool patio and pool. The open air pool features a shallow step entry, perfect for easy access for dogs of all sizes - and goes to 6 feet deep. One table is under cover, perfect if you need a break from the heat. The pool area is fenced in, but small dogs may be able to walk through the fencing. We provide fresh water in a stainless steel trough. Feel free to dump it and refresh it. A fully fenced dog relief area is attached to the pool.

Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.
