Give Your Dog the Ultimate Backyard Adventure in Cooper City! 🐾💦🎉 Welcome to our private, fully fenced half-acre dog retreat in the heart of Cooper City — a peaceful, uncrowded space where pups can run, sniff, swim, splash, celebrate, and simply be dogs. Whether your dog is full of zoomies, loves a good swim, or prefers a slow wander in the shade, this backyard was made for safe, off-leash fun. It’s also perfect for families with multiple dogs — we have three rescue dogs of our own, so we completely understand how important it is to find a space where everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. 🎂 Doggy Birthday Parties Are Welcome! We LOVE hosting birthday parties for your fur babies! If you’re looking for a fun, private place to celebrate your pup’s special day, our backyard gives you plenty of room for dogs and their favorite humans to enjoy the occasion together. Let the birthday pup and their friends run, swim, play, and celebrate without the distractions of a crowded dog park. For larger celebrations, our outdoor kitchen is also available to rent, making it easy to serve food, set up refreshments, prepare treats, and turn your pup’s birthday into a full backyard celebration. Bring the cake, decorations, party hats, and four-legged guests — we’ll provide the space for an unforgettable doggy birthday! 🎈🐕🎂 💦 Swim, Splash & Cool Off Our clean, well-maintained pool is a favorite with water-loving pups. Whether your dog is learning to swim for the first time or already loves jumping in, they’ll have plenty of room to cool off and play. Dog life jackets are available, and you’re welcome to swim with your pup, too! 🌴 Relax Under the Tiki Hut While your dogs explore and play, kick back beneath our shaded tiki hut. With comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and power outlets, it’s a great place to relax, catch up on work, enjoy time with friends, or simply sit back and watch your dogs have the best day ever. 🌿 A Backyard Designed With Dogs in Mind Your pup will have plenty of room to run, explore, sniff, and relax, with both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. The yard includes: • Secure, fully fenced half-acre space for worry-free off-leash play • Natural shade from mature trees • A mulberry tree that dogs love • An avocado tree, with pits removed for safety • Plenty of room for running, swimming, relaxing, and exploring 🐕 Thoughtful Amenities for Dogs & Their Humans • Sparkling dog-friendly swimming pool • Dog life jackets available • Extra-long hose for rinsing off or cooling down • Shaded tiki hut with comfortable seating • Wi-Fi and power outlets • Sunny and shaded areas throughout the property • Cabana bathroom access when we are home • Outdoor kitchen available to rent for birthday parties and special gatherings ❤️ Why Guests Love Visiting This is a calm, private alternative to crowded dog parks. No strangers. No chaos. No stress. Just your dogs enjoying a safe space at their own pace. They can run, swim, sniff, explore, play, and relax while you unwind nearby. And if your dog heads for the pool, you’re welcome to jump in with them! Whether you’re visiting for an afternoon adventure, giving a nervous or reactive dog some private freedom, bringing several dogs together, or celebrating a doggy birthday, we want everyone — two-legged and four-legged — to feel at home. 🍲 A Little Extra From Our Family My wife and I also make our own dog food, and it has become something really special in our home. Feeding time is now one of the happiest parts of the day for our three rescue dogs. We’ve honestly never seen them more excited than when it’s time to eat, and it warms our hearts every time. We love sharing our recipes and are always happy to offer advice to anyone interested in giving their pups a healthier homemade alternative. 🎁 Bonus Perk Your 5th visit is FREE! We truly appreciate our repeat guests and love seeing familiar pups come running back through the gate. Treat your pup to the backyard adventure they deserve — tail wags guaranteed! 🐾 A Note About Pricing I recently had to raise my prices due to a significant increase in Sniffspot administrative fees. I absorbed the increases for as long as I could, but unfortunately, I’m no longer able to do so. I truly appreciate your understanding and, most importantly, your continued support. It means a great deal to our family. Welcome to Lemuria on the Lake, a unique place for you and your dog

Welcome to ‘Lemuria on the Lake’ an open and scenic space with a spectacular, unobstructed view of sunsets and The Hardrock guitar shining ever changing lights across the lake. The yard is fully fenced with a private gate and magical side entry path that allows for easy access to the open decks. There is a ship wire and railing fence where the expansive lake view is. There is a large elevated wooden deck above the lake and a safety gate that is closed so it does not allow entry for your pooch. If you want to kayak for an additional fee, you are welcome to do so after signing a waiver. Dogs are allowed on the kayaks if you are comfortable with that. There is a vast concrete deck area with ample seating, a fire pit, sofas and two dining tables too. You are welcome to bring a meal and there will be flameless candles for added ambiance. It’s already warmly lit in multiple ways. There is plenty of room for dogs to run and have fun. There are wonderful vignettes to relax in, as well as a small shelter pavilion to sit under if preferred. The sunsets and evening times are the best time to enjoy it. There will be water bowls with alkaline filtered water for your dog. There is a large Buddha fountain with a pond at the base which is not filtered. I do want any visitors to be aware of it so as to prevent their pups from driving from it as it’s natural water with some algae. I do have a hose and a kiddy pool as an extra amenity if requested in advance. Please make sure your dog has fully up to date vaccines so as to keep it a safe environment for all visitors and my puppy, Truffle! Please be sure to let me know at least 24 hours before booking your visit so as to avoid schedule conflicts. Thank you and looking forward to sharing this truly unique and wonderful spot with you and your dog!
