Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio. Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. A bowl of water for the pups, sun screen, and pet safe mosquito repellent will be provided. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - In picture 2 is where you will park where the red rectangle is. Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. BARKING - We know your furry friends are having a good time and happy barks are totally ok! Please just keep in mind we do have very kind neighbors and we still need to respect the levels of excessive barking. :) EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.

We have the best heated pool oasis. Dogs love to come to swim in the pool. The yard has some grass so they can play and run. Also great for humans to enjoy with their furry loved ones.

This is a fairly large or spacious fenced in yard with a screened in porch while you take a break and let your dog expend its energy. A tired dog is a happy dog! The yard is perfect for training, fetch, Or general play. It is full fenced in. The Neighborhood is highly dog friendly. So fee feel to take them for a walk after or stop in for some play time after a walk. We have a friendly dog. So if you're looking to introduce your puppy to other dogs, we can help. As we continue to grow we will add more amenities.

My. yard is an expansive play haven for dogs of all sizes, offering ample room for energetic runs, joyful frolics, and plenty of space for a game of fetch. We also have water available for your dog and yourself.

We allow up to 2 dogs. The family is welcome to swim with them. That’s why my price is $35 per hour.

Our yard is fully fenced in with a pool that has a beach area for pups to rest or use as easy access. The pool also has 2 built in benches in deep end of pool for sitting or resting.

Birthday Pawtys available, Open at Night, fully fenced in yard. Pool is availble as an extra. Playdates and get togethers (including dog social clubs, events, breed/rescue groups, doggie birthday/gotcha pawtys and dog walkers) are welcome!🐾 If you are a larger group, just let me know and we can accommodate you! Perfect for the dogs who are timid or reactive, live in apartments or have small yards, or just aren't a good fit for public dog parks. Great place to work on your training! Please see our extras for Holiday Photo Ops, Pool, Smores, Pupsicles, etc...! If you like a lot of shade most of the backyard up to the deck is in the shade in the morning until 9:30 and partial shade after that.🐕 The deck and Pool is fully shaded after 4. There is a hose available on the gate side of the house, and a fan near the table and chairs. 💦The pool is not included but can be added as an extra🌻 Come Play!

I have grassy yard that dogs love to do the zoomies in and play fetch! The double-lot has fencing all around, including privacy hedges. There’s a dirt digging corner under the shady tree. We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. Doggie bags are hanging up on the window and there’s a green trash bin available. You’re welcome to use the hose for doggie drinking water, play time, or a bath. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.

I have a fenced in green space to offer for daytime fun - it's nothing too elaborate, minimal landscaping: some grass/weeds that I generally keep mowed, lots ferns along the back and occasionally a stack of yard debris collected in the corner waiting for bulk trash day. I recently removed my lawn furniture so there is plenty of room to run but nothing to sit on for the moment (sorry).
