Our land has a few fenced in areas recently used for cows so they aren’t full privacy fences. If you are worried about your companion running off please note that this property is unfenced surrounded by corn fields. This is PLENTY of space to roam, a trail to a pond, and lots of scents to smell. We do not allow pups getting in the pond, for your safety and your pups

8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. The outer perimeter has a cleared walking path as well as the middle of the field. Separate smaller fenced in area (1/4 acre) can be requested for use as well. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it’s on the walking path. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. We are a full blown doggy daycare and boarding farm. We have 5 fully fenced yards as well as a fully fenced front yard. Huge spaces. We also have a 4 acre fenced pasture for free range running!

18 acre farm. Has woods, open field, stone driveway, off street parking. Drinking water for dogs and hose access upon request during warm weather months.

Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.
