A narrow 2 acres wide open scenic getaway with creek acces and cute bridge. Enjoy long steady walks around the perimeter, throw the ball or Frisbee as far as possible or casually explore over the bridge. Your dogs will have a blast running around River Camp Dogpark, located on Southside Fort Wayne. We have a large meadow, and woods with more than 1/2 mile of maintained trails. The woods run right up to the St Marys River behind us, and there is a creek that borders the side of our property. When the river level is low, there is a rocky beach so your dogs can swim! Plenty of squirrels to chase! Walk or drive straight back on the white gravel driveway to the woods, and that driveway leads directly to the trails in the woods, and to the St Mary's River. There is a large meadow in front of the woods to run around in as well! There is a restroom with flush toilet available at the pool (April-October), and in the winter there is a portapotty in the woods. Next to the porta-potty is a water dispenser for handwashing and doggie drinks (disposable dog bowls in the mailbox there, if those are out there are more by the tiki bar) Doggie Supplies (poop bags, dog bowls, milk bones, bug spray etc) are available in a green bin with beige lid at the tiki bar near the pool Follow us on Instagram at Rivercamp_dogpark_fw Facebook: River Camp Fort Wayne, LLC
We are right on the lake! If you want your dogs to swim, they must recall bc it’s not fenced in. In the summer we have a water hose, sprinkler, and wading pool. There is also a trampoline for the kids! There’s a table with umbrella, trash cans, indoor restroom you can use, and sometimes close to dusk you can see deer! There’s a fire pit and a grill as well!💜
Open area to walk and play with your dog. Pigeon river is approximately a 1/3 mile walk. Plenty of room, no neighbors, quiet and peaceful. The sunsets are epic here and are worth watching with your best friend furbaby.
Let your furry friend roam and explore in our expansive outdoor dog play space! With lush greenery, shaded areas, and plenty of room to run, your pup will have a tail-wagging good time. Our secure and supervised environment ensures both safety and fun, making it the perfect place for your canine companion to socialize, exercise, and unleash their playful spirit. Looking for a training facility to host an event? We have an established IPO training field and a club house you can use.
Developing woods and well-kept trails on 10+ acre retired golf course with wetland area. Bordered by fields and additional woods. Great spot to enjoy nature with your pup!
We have a nice wooded acreage that sits along a creek that flows into the maumee river. 3/4 acre is fenced in with two entry ways. Wheel chair accessible at the back entrance. We do have dogs as well that are super friendly.
This field is planted with domestic natural plants. We have mowed trails. It is adjacent to our Silo Bar/food trailer venue there is a bathroom with running water and flushable toilet at the venue. Well behaved dogs allowed at our venue.
It’s a large open area to RUN! RUN! RUN!!! We sit on about 5 acres. There’s an old barn on the property. It’s so much open space that I can’t help but feel as though we should share it with more dogs! Our German shorthair pointer can run for hours out here and it is more than enjoyable to get to sit and watch. We’d love to see some other dogs running and frolicking in our open space. Our pointer, Patton can be put in the house while you visit. If you have a small dog, I HIGHLY recommend a coyote vest with the spikes on the top of it to repel hawks if you plan on letting your little dog off leash out here. We have hawks and bald eagles and I have had a hawk attempt to take my 4 lb yorkie poo. There’s chickens that we free range, but I am more than happy to put them away if they will be a distraction to your dog. I know they are to most. Haha
