Hi I’m Abby and welcome to the Ferndale Funspot! I have three dogs- 2 cattle dogs and a husky. My yard is the perfect spot for your pup(s) to come play! I have a large trampoline you can use with your pup(s), and a mini pool will be available during the summer. There is a decent amount of space to run, play fetch, and hangout. The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!

You're free to use the hose, which is located behind the willow tree where the kiddie pool is also located 6.) Your dog is allowed to roam WHEREVER in my yard 7.) Regardless if your dog is friendly or not, no one, including dogs will be in my yard while you're there, nor near windows 8.) We have a large backyard with a privacy fence and a new patio to relax while you watch your dog play and sniff around! There is a larger doggie pool that can be filled with fresh water upon request! We would love to have you visit! The garage will be open upon visit and you may enter through the door leading to the backyard. With the new dog respiratory illness, I will be doing a small screening asking if any dog visitors have displayed any symptoms. Also, there are 2 chairs on the patio but the couch has been put away for the winter :)

Enjoy a beautiful rolling walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. There is a hammock to take it all in by the lake before completing the trail. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

12 wooded acres of trails located between Lake Orion and Oxford. Occasionally, only approx. 6 acres are available for private time with your pets, but we can give notice prior to arrival and provide maps of the 'boundary'. Still plenty of room to roam with your pups. Only fenced one 1 side. Roughly 3/4 mile outside loop. Can provide a map and trails are well marked. Lots of room for puppies to run.

Spacious backyard with grass, some dandelions, a patio, and some chairs. There are a few trees for shade and a stick pile. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied.
