Our property is a dogs dream! We no longer have a dog of our own, but when our grand dog comes over, she has stated it feels like Disney world! We have 3 fully fenced acres perfect for exploring and chipmunk chasing and a pond perfect for swimming! No areas are off limits other than our decks. Occasionally the neighbor dog is out to say hello with a bark but he is friendly and typically gets called inside after a quick hello. Our neighbors are very kind if you happen to see them as well, but again there is a fence between our neighbors!

This is a private residence with a very large backyard fenced in. We are set back from the road so once you are in our back yard it feels like you are 2 hours + north. In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dogs. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and we just added a small doggy pool for your pup to cool off (may not be large enough for big dogs). Our home is generally locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen that you may explore. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. Feel free to enjoy the views, fire pit, and back deck. Thank you.

This private yard features a 6 foot high chain linked fence encompassing approximately 0.7 acres. Property has a combination of woody and grassy areas. For dogs: Balls and 3 types of ball launchers, including electric, manual, and shotgun, are provided. Also provided are a water bowl, towels, poop station, toys, and an off ground dog bed. For humans: bottled water, a sunroom with electric fireplace, and an outdoor bonfire with seating for three are provided. The main entrance is on a hill, but another entrance, that is only slightly sloped, can be accessed as well upon request.

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. The Orchard 🍎

We’re excited to share our private 2-acre organic apple orchard with you and your dog! It is completely enclosed with a 10-foot tall fence. It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who need a quiet place to explore. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. There is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them). Due to the nature of our orchard and the outdoor environment, I cannot guarantee the absence of wildlife, wildlife scat, insects, mud, fallen fruit, weather-related conditions, or other natural elements.
