Private 2-Acre Meadow & Mowed Nature Trails

Unfenced
2 acres

Give your dog a chance to slow down, sniff, explore, and enjoy a little country space! Our approximately 2-acre field features a winding mowed loop with two cross paths through the center, giving you several different ways to wander without simply walking back and forth. The field is intentionally kept natural, with tall grasses, wildflowers, young trees, bushes, raspberry patches, and other native plants surrounding the mowed trails. There are plenty of interesting smells and places to investigate, making this a fun spot for dogs who love sniffing and exploring. A lower/pit area with more mature trees is visible from the trails and adds to the secluded, natural feel of the property, although that area is not currently part of the maintained walking path. The property is not fenced, so dogs should remain leashed or on a long line unless they have reliable recall. Because this is a natural field, you may encounter the normal assortment of country residents and annoyances, including insects, ticks, wildlife, uneven ground, and seasonal plants. For your visit, you’ll have: * Two designated parking spaces at the end of the paved driveway * A dog waste bag station * A trash can for used bags * Clearly mowed paths through the field * Plenty of room for a peaceful sniffari away from busy parks This is a simple, natural space designed for dogs who don’t need playground equipment or fancy amenities. Just room to walk, sniff, decompress, and be a dog. Please clean up after your dog and help us keep the trails enjoyable for everyone.

Maple Ridge Farms-100 Acre Woods

Unfenced
100 acres

Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We hope to see you out and about enjoying it just as much as we do with all of our animals. ****Notes**** Happy WINTER❄️☃️Please keep the weather in mind. All of our trails are in the woods. We try our best to drive the trails and keep them open as much as we can snow permitting 💪❄️ We HIGHLY recommend if the wind is Above 15 mph to reschedule. (You can cancel and get your money back-we understand) We just don’t want you or your pet getting hurt if anything were to happen in the woods. One other thing. Don’t forget bring those Boots. 🥾 All of our trails are usually dry. But if you do come after it snows or rains it could be a little muddy. There could also be some sticks on the trails if it happens to be super windy the day before and we can’t always get them cleaned up right away-we do apologize in advance 😊💪 One other thing: if it's snow, we don't put the water buckets out because we don't want them to freeze. I don't know about your pups, but mine love to eat the snow anyways. 🪣🤣☃️ Thank you for checking out our spot!! We look forward to meeting you and your furfriends. 🐕☺️ Maple Ridge Farms ❤️ *** If you have any questions always feel free to message us and ask ☺️🐕

🌟 Findy Yard 🌟

Fully Fenced

Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My family would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Feel free to use the pool. If you have any questions or other requests, please let us know. 🙂

Frequently asked questions about Battle Creek small dog parks

What amenities do Battle Creek small dog parks typically include?

Battle Creek small dog parks feature amenities designed for appropriately-sized exercise: compact fenced areas, small-scale obstacles, and low-barrier entry gates, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Battle Creek hosts customize their spaces. Browse 147 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Battle Creek small dog parks?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Battle Creek dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Battle Creek spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Battle Creek small dog parks listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private small dog parks in Battle Creek compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Battle Creek see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private small dog parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Battle Creek hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Battle Creek small dog parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Battle Creek small dog parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Battle Creek private small dog parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit small dog parks in Battle Creek?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Battle Creek that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Battle Creek small dog parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Battle Creek small dog parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Battle Creek small dog parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Battle Creek where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Battle Creek small dog parks for special events?

Many Battle Creek small dog parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Battle Creek hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Battle Creek small dog park listings for event policies.

How do Battle Creek small dog parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Battle Creek small dog parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Battle Creek special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
