.5 acre, fully fenced in yard. Most of the yard is 6ft tall except for the gate area, that is a standard 4ft chain link. Grass in the summer and snow in the winter. There is a porch with chairs to sit on and kiddie pools for the dogs in the summer. There is a hose that you are more than welcome to use for the dogs. I provide water bowls and poop bags along with a scooper. There are zero gaps in the fence.

Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. The bungee cords on the gate are to help secure it, feel free to use them if you feel the need. NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!
