This is a 24 acre property with a rear field that is approximately 5 acres that contains a beautiful, mature 1 acre pond. The Conewago Creek runs right through the middle of the property. The back of the property has direct access to the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. It is not fenced; however, it has a thick natural brush line, and the other three sides have an older partial fence with overgrown brush. It is very secluded.

Clearing will be squishy and back trails might be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. I would ask that you stay on the trail as we do have neighbors and some of the woods belong to them. The front of the house is fenced, the visiting dogs will not enter this area.
