We especially enjoyed the trails through the woods :) There is a good buffer of brush between the trails and the road, you can hear the cars but if your dogs are reliable off leash it’s a good spot to let them roam. We like to walk around and let our dogs run, sniff, and chase each other, but there are good spots for fetch and playing, too. We briefly met the owner and he was very nice, and asked before he came near the dogs. Wear boots that can get mucky and muddy during wet times of the year, and bring towels :)Kristen H.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
