Located in the quiet Hamlet of Aquabogue set back on a flag property over 7 acres are primary residence resides on the rear property which allows for a 3 acre plus dog park in the beginning of the property fully fenced and private adjacent to a quiet nursery no neighbors or sounds or noises no pass or buyers or trafficthe nearest road is Hubbard Avenue which is well over 1000 feet away. Speed limit is 30 miles property is fenced in and fully accessible. Ample parking area is fully grass with no pesticides or poisonous apple wildlife to view osprey groundhogs, deer, rabbits and an occasional fox easy access directly off 105.

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. We will be adding a Scenting Garden and more Agility Obstacles as we go. There are a large variety of jumps, tree tug, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. The hose is back on for the Spring/Summer/Fall months. Poop bags, and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, snacks, chairs and table provided for humans. There is bottled water in the tub inside the potting bench, just slide table top away from itself in the middle. Balls, snacks for people, paper towel and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max.

0.5 acres in a fenced field with agility equipment. There are some other enrichment equipment like a toy basketball hoop & barrel for tricks, and some toys like frisbees & balls for fetch. Most of this field is fenced with 6'high, 2"x4" metal mesh - but there is 20' section with gate near barn that is 2" chain link. Do not use equipment unless you are familiar with how to use it safely (I can be available if you want an introduction, however I am not an instructor). Please do not move the teeter, A-frame, or tunnels/tunnel bags without my assistance. You may move jumps, wings, cones, hoop, table, chairs. PLEASE no peeing or pooping on any equipment. Pickup after your dog in any mowed area. Please ensure gates are closed and latched after you go through them & have fun!

Welcome! There are two chair swings, and also a hammock, that you’re welcome to use (with caution of course!) Next to the greenhouse by the back deck, are also some Purple, long handled, tools for picking up after your pup(s) that you may use. You can dispose of any pet waste in the Green, square bucket with a green trash liner, right next to where you’ll find the tools. There are a few doggy toys in the yard that you and your fur baby are welcome to play with, as well! But please, remember to leave them behind when you go. Thanks, and enjoy your visit!! 😊

Nestled near Kenilworth Forest, this unfenced tranquil Sniff retreat boasts a diverse landscape of flatland, hills, and wetlands, complete with a small stream that temporarily dries up during the summer months. Surrounded by town deeded 7 acres of open space, the property offers ample opportunities for outdoor exploration and fun.

This spot has short grass and some woods and it is divided into two spaces. The side yard with a big tree in the middle is fully fenced. The back yard is partially fenced and can be fully viewed from the back patio where you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea (provided by me). There is a small fenced placed for dogs to dig. Otherwise, there is plenty of space to run around, get some exercise, and fresh air for your pup. $14/hr/pup and only $7/hr/additional pup.

Come let your best friend stretch all four of their legs in our back yard. We will supply dog bags and a safe place to play by the hour.

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. It’s a well manicured yard with plenty of room to play and explore . There are some wooded areas as well.There is a seating area and well as a gazebo with hammocks to relax while your pups explore the yard !

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby.
