OPEN for SPRING and GROWING! Fully fenced 1.25 acres. Dog toys available in toy box. Water bowl will be filled for every reservation. Waste bags also provided but please dispose of them off property. Wide open with traffic on one side of the yard by road but fence is secure. Off street parking in driveway. Sniff Spot has cameras for everyone safety. Dogs can run their hearts out!

Pristine and toxin-free. There's an outhouse (the loo!) for pet owners. Ample parking, and some solar lights at night. There's poo bags, and a rain shelter. Your dog won't be the only one who wants to come back!

Lakeside Meadows in Putnam Station

Let your dog run wild and play on our hay meadows in Putnam Station NY. Spot is woman owned and operated, features seclusion and great visibility for a safe, rural experience (please see the map included in the listing). Wide open meadows are beautiful and convenient to NY 22 on a quiet country road. Easy, paved access from the Eastern shores Lake George NY, near Fort Ticonderoga, and the Western Shore of Lake Champlain. Dog owner DOES NOT need to clean up pet waste at our spot ;D Your pet's poo is a beneficial deterrent against crop damage and helps keep deer from hiding their fawns in the meadow. You should have leash, voice, or buzz collar control (we have collars available) to protect from escape into the wilderness or out onto the road. Please contact us a day in advance if you would like to borrow buzz collar system or GPS (so we can make sure everything is fully charged). Our town is VERY strict on DCO enforcement - no loose dogs on the road or neighboring properties EVER please, they would probably send you a ticket in the mail! :P If you anticipate having trouble with keeping your dog close upon entering/leaving the meadows please bring your car well within the steel gate to park before letting pooches out onto the meadows - there is a magnificent view toward the end of the access road and space to turn around in dry weather. Water features are available through streams and small ponds at various locations in the woods, also along the lake there are some ponds, for those who want a longer adventure. Pets may dig anywhere along the wooded edge of the meadows, please no digging in the grassland.

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Peaceful Quarter-Acre Fully Fenced Yard in Ballston Spa

Welcome to a quiet, private, fully fenced quarter-acre backyard in Ballston Spa. The yard offers open grassy space for running and fetch, mature trees for natural shade, and plenty of interesting areas for sniffing and exploring. There is no resident dog, and the space is reserved exclusively for each booking. It is especially well suited for dogs who are anxious, reactive, newly adopted, older, or simply more comfortable away from crowded public dog parks. Please park in front of my house rather than in front of neighboring homes. You are also welcome to park in the driveway, but please do not block the garage. You can enter the backyard through either of the two white gates in the fence. Either entrance is fine. Please make sure the gate is closed and latched securely behind you when you arrive, and again when you leave. We’re just getting started, and I’ll be making thoughtful improvements and adding amenities over the coming weeks, including comfortable seating, fresh drinking water, Wi-Fi and power access, and other small touches to make visits even more relaxing for dogs and their people.
