There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

Enjoy! Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. A little over a half acre of unfenced in yard. Our property includes roaring brook that runs through the back - my dogs love swimming there! We also have a public trail that runs through our yard and our neighbors on the street (not really maintained but walkable for sure- we call it bear highway since that’s all we see using it.) We also have a playground available for dogs & kids alike. We also added a covered gazebo for additional seating or shade. We do have a kiddie pool we can fill and leave out as well. We also have a smaller fenced in area in our middle lot where our dogs do not play and do not have access to. There are chairs there to sit if you need and a fire pit! Our property is set back from the road quite a bit. You come down the long driveway and you would park in front of our skeleton where the driveway curves. You are welcome to pull down as far as you want to the water by the tree line. You can throw any trash or poop bags in the green trash bin by the road (it’s bear proof so anything is fine!). We hope to host you soon :) Ps: our ‘lovely’ neighbor recently put up a small white fence in the lower lot- please try to not cross that. You are welcome to walk the path the other way though! ;)

You can park on the road or in the grass along the fence line to the field. Please do NOT walk your dog in the unfenced area! Ensure your dog is securely leashed before exiting your car, and walk them directly into the field. Ensure the gate is secured behind you before letting your dog off leash! Please ensure they are safely secured again before exiting the field and returning to your car! *This spot is first and foremost an agility field! There is equipment setup as seen in the photos pretty much all the time. You do not need to be an agility whiz to rent- if you are looking for a quiet, safely enclosed space to let your dog have some off leash time, you are more than welcome here! But do note that it is not a wide open space meant for free running. If your dog has never done agility, do not force them onto any obstacle. Reward them for investigating things, but best not let them have a bad time or get hurt bailing off of a higher obstacle if they are at all unsure. Please do NOT change the height of any jumps unless you know how to do so CORRECTLY! Do not attempt to move or change the height of any tunnels, the teeter, weave poles, or larger obstacles. And please no humans (children included) on or inside of ANY of the obstacles! They are not meant to bear the weight of a human, and they are expensive to replace if damaged.
