Welcome to the Rock Quarry Rd. - Private Dog Park in Raleigh! We are back! We have 1 acre fully fenced in with lots of room and enrichment opportunities for your dog! We cannot wait to share our space with you! ABOUT THE SPACE The yard is fully fenced in. We have a 4ft wire fence around the property. The back fence is a 6ft privacy fence. The largest opening is 5in at the bottom of the fence. There are no shared fence lines, our yard is ideal for reactive or sensitive pups. 🎾 The space comes with dog toys, tennis balls, place cots, digging sand, and a short but smell-filled nature “trail”. Our yard is filled with squirrels and birds and your dog will love following their scents through the brush. The area is made up of short grass, overgrown brush along the fence lines, and sandy soil. 🌳 Perfect shady spot for the summer! We have many mature trees which provide great shade but there are also large grassy spots where you can get full sun. A table and chairs are provided in the shade, as well as a covered area. 💧Water for dogs is provided, as is a water bowl. Our house runs on a small well so we have to reserve water. (The well is enclosed and located far outside of the fenced area). To supplement with the small well, we have a water tank with fresh water. please use what you need and keep them hydrated! For safety, we do have security cameras located around the property. Our house is far back off of the road. When you enter the driveway, you will pass our neighbor who is located at the road. They have dogs that will might bark when you drive past them. They are fully enclosed in a privacy fence and cannot be seen from our yard but they can be heard if they’re barking. Otherwise you should not see or hear any domestic animals. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Welcome to our beautiful acre of land — a peaceful haven, with fully fence area, open orchard trees, fun thickets to explore, and open space to play. This special place was once the playground of our beloved pups, who brought us joy for 16 and 17 wonderful years. We know Harvey and Zoey would be thrilled to know it’s being enjoyed by other four-legged friends. We’ve recently added a comfortable seating area for the humans (yes, there’s even a hammock!), so you can relax while your pup plays. While we’ve worked hard to make the space as safe and secure as possible, every animal is different — and no one knows your pet better than you do. Please keep a close eye on them, especially if they’re curious or a little mischievous. Your supervision is the key to making this a fun and safe experience for everyone. The summer of 2025 has a lot in store for this space (including the new seat area and forth coming outside game shed!), so pardon our mess as we renovate the home and acreage! Howling Wolf Farm - Huge horse pasture and more!

First things first: “Will the horses be out there when my dog is?” NO! The horses will be put away if I know someone is coming. While friendly towards most dogs, safety comes first so the horses will be in a seperate area. HOWEVER - it is just a rope fence, so dogs can get in and out as they feel comfortable interacting with the horses. I do NOT recommend letting them mingle unsupervised in that area. As far as the pasture goes, it is 2.5 acres and fenced all the way around the perimeter. Dogs cannot get in or out without human help. Tons of room to run and play. I have two huskies that are game for friends if wanted. The pond is pretty big and my guys love to swim in it!
