Bear Brook Canine Camp
Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too. A 24 hour notice allows enough time for someone else to fill a newly open reservation. Feel free to reach out via text 603-682-7216 with any questions or concerns. Enjoy! Melodie

Quiet Fenced Yard with Brook Access – Peaceful Dog Retreat
Welcome to our quiet, creekside dog spot! This is a peaceful, private fenced yard located right next to the beautiful Otter Brook—perfect for dogs (and owners) who enjoy nature and water. The fenced area is approximately 5,000 sq ft and offers plenty of room for sniffing, exploring, and play. Just outside the fence, you’ll find our brook, which guests are welcome to enjoy with leashed dogs—it’s a great spot for pups who love water! What’s included: * 4 ft tall fenced yard * Chairs + picnic table for relaxing * Water bowls * Dog toys * Poop scooper * Off-street parking (driveway) Important fencing notes (please read): The fencing is basic 4 ft wire fencing. It works well for most dogs, but: * It is not suitable for skilled jumpers * Very small dogs may be able to squeeze through in some areas (bottom/gate sides) * We strongly recommend doing a quick perimeter check upon arrival to ensure it’s a good fit for your dog Environment: * Quiet, peaceful setting with very little foot traffic * Located near a road, so some passing cars are visible/audible * Great for dogs who enjoy a calm, natural space * Occasional spotting of wildlife including birds, squirrels, turkey, and deer ⚠️ For safety, our tie-out line is not available for guest use

Megan's 5 Acre Lakefront Unfenced Private Dog Park with Lake Access In Acton
UPDATE 6/6/26 • Friendly reminder - ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, vaping, open flames, campfires, charcoal grills, or fireworks anywhere on the property. These camps are cherished family properties, and due to shoreline regulations, a camp lost to fire likely could not be rebuilt in its current location. • The chairs have not yet been put out for the season, so please bring your own seating if desired. • Water service will be turned on shortly. • Please remember to carry out all dog waste if metal trash can not present. Do not put in our general trash. If your pup poops well into the woods you can leave it :) ⸻ Open year-round, this private 5+ acre Sniffspot offers plenty of room to roam, explore, and swim on a beautiful peninsula extending into Balch Lake. Park at the top of the hill and enjoy a scenic walk down, giving your pup a true “Sniffari” experience along the way. At the end, you’ll be rewarded with peaceful lake views and a perfect spot for your dog to splash, swim, and play. Prefer not to walk? You’re welcome to drive directly down to the lake access area. This property is unfenced but very private, with the peninsula providing a natural barrier and minimal outside traffic. Please note: • The access road is sand and gravel. Sturdy footwear is recommended if walking. • Recent rain can create some ruts, and the road is due for grading. • SUVs and trucks are recommended for driving down the hill. • Sedans can typically make it down as well (ours does!), but please use your best judgment based on road conditions. • Balch Lake is a shared lake, and you may see boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and dogs accompanying boaters on the water. • Sound can carry across the lake, making people or dogs seem closer than they actually are. • As with any unfenced property, please ensure your dog has reliable recall or keep them leashed based on your comfort level and your dog’s abilities. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat or a place for your dog to burn off energy, we hope you and your pup enjoy your time here!
