Welcome to Canada Corners! We have two big yards as well as a separated pool/deck area. We have a herd of goats that stays separate in one of the yards. We also have an indoor dog gym! We have sports equipment, carpet mill, and fitpaws gear. The “goat yard” is off limits to dogs except on approval however people are welcome to say hi to the goats and feed them pre-approved snacks. This yard has a low muddy area with lots of shade covering from trees. This yard connects to the goat shelter which often has leftover goat feed - corn, grains, and minerals. The goats have several climbs and obstacles including a children’s play slide, tires, tire swing, wobble board from a recycled satellite dish, and (broken) a-frame. Also goat poop… The “dog yard” has a kiddie pool, raised dog beds, digging areas, agility equipment, and oh so many dog toys. The pool and deck area has a 2’ deep pool with an inflatable ramp for smaller dogs to exit safely. The pool sets right next to the deck allowing dogs to jump into the pool easily. There are pool noodles to fill the gap between the deck and pool edge for safety. The deck is composite and does heat up in the sun - there is an umbrella available for hot days. There are outlets on the deck as well as chairs and a table. There are agility obstacles and training equipment on site - we have jumps, small tunnel and chute, cones, barrels, old school flyball box and hurdles, platforms, klimb table, carpet mill, and fitpaws equipment. We also have equipment for nosework, shed hunt, obedience, and rally. The neighbors have a dog who lives on a tie-out and does bark but stays mostly out of sight. My pack of dogs is in the house and can be loud/barky occasionally. Outside the fenced area there are apple trees (untreated), a scenic hill, garden areas, bird feeders, and a boardwalk overlooking the wetlands. We back up to an off property hay field that is accessible sometimes but not guaranteed. This private dog park is also home to Canada Corners Pet Grooming. There is a dog wash inside. This is by appointment only, please contact me for details!

Pooch's Paradise in Jenison - Kaitlyn's Dog Training

Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset that the dogs love, and in decent weather I also have a ball pit, a kiddie pool, small agility tunnels, and have plans to add additional agility equipment at some point in the future. Additionally, we now have a 10 foot x 10 foot canopy over the seating area to provide additional shade. There is also a green tent, in which guests can always find dry towels for wiping down dogs, as well as dry cushions for the chairs and even a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

First time back in a while and my pups were thrilled to be there! Love the lights on the pergola, and the dogs didn’t mind the cold at all. They ran like crazy and loved all the smells. Thanks!

This is a great location with a big, open yard. My pup had so much fun running around and smelling new smells. He loved the box of toys. Cyndie even left him a couple treats, which was super thoughtful. We will 100% be back. 🙂

Mokie, my reactive boy, and I visited Cyndie's spot on Sat, Nov 4. There was a basket of toys, water, and a big Milkbone treat for my boy. We had so much fun...it is a nice sized area, high privacy fence...and such a treat to let him fly around without having to be on the lookout for other dogs! Def recommend!

Always love coming to Cyndi’s! Got the hot cocoa add on this time and it was delicious and came with a candy cane and card. There’s also always a trash can for poop bags, hand sanitizer, and a box full of toys. Highly recommend!

This is such a great and well thought-out Sniffspot! The space itself is large and has really nice tall privacy fencing all around. There are lots of considerate touches, like clear signage, toys, treats, and a photo area if desired, and the host was very friendly and quick to respond to the question I had prior to our Sniffspot. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

We visited in the snow today and my dogs had a great time! There was a small area that was shoveled where they could give their toes a break from the snow, and the sidewalk was clear. But mostly they loved running and jumping through (and losing toys in) the snow. We will definitely be back for another day of playing in the snow!

FAQ about our Grand Rapids dog agility parks

Are dog agility parks safe?
While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks. Contrary to a typical dog park, with Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. As always, ensuring you use park dog agility equipment safely is also key to an enjoyable experience.

Owners commonly wonder about whether a park works for their dog. Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a fenced dog agility park that works for your dog. You can read the description of the spot to see the details of the set up, such as whether there is commercial grade park equipment, and other amenities, such as park benches. Browse photos to get a sense for park design. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions, and of course, checking agility park hours.
