Please message for WiFi or if you plan to have a fire in the fire pit. No people in the pool unless arranged before booking. People in the pool are $100 extra per hour. No extra guests or parties. One person per dog.

My little family of four are the owners of this 40 acre property. The fenced space (only current space to utilize unleashed) was most recently created for a daycare who leased. We have other plans for the building in near future. It is safe with cameras throughout the property. A parking lot with easy access. An outdoor trunk for basic toys, training equipment, splash pad, and more. Our local market on the same property. Bones can be purchased from our personal beef we sell at our market (ability for more in the future including homemade liver treats, pig snouts, and chicken feet… and more if a demand.) Awesome for any dog that loves the water. We have a private dock for dogs to jump off and go swimming. And there is plenty of land for dogs to do big zummies. Seating provided for owners on the dock

This is 6 acres of raw land. In process of finishing tiny off grid house for camping (Spring ‘24). The property slopes back down the hill toward about 3 acres of woods. Mostly long grass with mowed trail to back of property. You can see views during different seasons. No pesticides. Follow mowed path trail to back of property where it touches Jacob’s Creek. Property lines are marked. Please mind the property lines to be good neighbors. :) Please note that gravel driveway belongs to neighbors- not us. Please park on mowed pull-off. The drive is mowed back to house, down the hill, into the woods and to the creek. Will have outhouse by Feb. For now, there is a Love’s Truck Stop at exit 92 with food, restrooms, etc. (less than 5 minutes away) or in Marengo (8 minutes away).
