Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it when it falls! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com. Lolas Private Dog Park In Crown Point

Half acre fenced in with gazebo chairs table. Filled kiddie pool on request.. it’s pretty private and serene. There is a playground, sandbox, swing in the tree and plenty of toys. Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We usually have everything ready. We made this spot in honor of Lola, a 2 year old American bulldog. She was so aggressive we loved her and tried everything, we failed. This is a safe spot!! We just added an extra dog bath feature. Tiva's Green City Space(FREE private parking)

We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.

Urban Retreat

Our yard is a longer more narrow yard which allows the dogs a little more distance for their runs. There is landscape bordering the fence and a garden in the front of the yard next to a yoga studio. There are areas to explore and areas for both dog and owner to relax, and a secure dog run that can be used for training. There is some agility equipment, a small plastic pool, as well as a sandbox and a deck with a roof in the dog run to help keep the dogs cool on a hot day. Water(hose), dog bowl(s), toys and towel(s) to dry the dogs off will be provided.

Payton's Playground

Payton’s playground is a spot where you can spend personal time with your dog by yourself without having to worry about others intruding in on your play session. We have agility equipment, pools, ramps, weaving poles, water bowls and more available at your disposal. It’s a great environment to be in & is directly adjacent to one of the best doggy daycares in Chicago, PupStars Pet Care.
