Hi there! I have a fully fenced small backyard (but big enough to throw a tennis ball!) available to rent. I would love to offer a place for owners to let their pets roam free for a bit. It is a quiet neighborhood. The yard has 8 seats split amongst two tables and a flower garden along the entire back fence/ around the shed. There is another garden with hostas along the house as well. I have a garden hose and sprinkler for use, doggy bags, tennis balls, toys and water bowls as well as hand sanitizer. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup. Note that if your dog is more reactive around people, we recommend coming during the morning during the week. During the summer you may see neighbors out in their yards doing yard work. We have put the pool away and started putting the hoses away for the season. While we do our best to keep the yard free of poop and check every other day, you may still find some from either guests or our two dogs. We have nearly an acre of yard and it does make it difficult for us to find them all every time. As far as updates from this summer, we have poured two concrete pads: one for a shed and another as a patio under the pergola. We have also had the black walnut tree by the garage cut back significantly to the property line. While this reduces shade on the garage area, it also should reduce the amount of black walnuts that fall.
