Summer is the most fun time! Do you and your dog(s) like to swim? Would you like to be able to swim with your dog(s) in a clean sparkling saltwater pool? Pepper's Backyard offers you both! Not only the use of our private backyard, but you and your dog(s) have the option to swim in our beautiful sparkling refreshing saltwater swimming pool for an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit! Sign up for this option under the "EXTRAS" section. There are less expensive Sniffspots in Orlando you can visit, but none of them offer the amenities that Pepper's Backyard And Pool does. If you want to enjoy the dog days of summer swimming in a beautiful, clean, refreshing saltwater swimming pool with your dogs, Pepper's Backyard and Pool is the spot for you! Make your reservation now! Fully fenced in large backyard for your dog(s) to run around and play in. This spot is perfect for any dog, but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit, your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags, there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

Twin Oaks Ranch & Pool

****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** **** Starting 8/20: The pool will be shaded with UV resistant shade shield. This will drastically lower the pool temperature and be more comfortable in the mid day sun Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. Thinking of becoming a member? Members receive pool access at no additional charge To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Great space! The grass was nice and short the fence was sturdy and no gaps in it. The trees had nice shade to rest under. The host was friendly and came to see if we needed anything. We will be back

Great spot for the pups to run and play and the goats are absolutely adorable. It was clean and very well shaded. We did see someone walk their dogs right past the fence and some more people walking way in the distance so that is a possibility to be aware of if you have a sensitive pup.

We loved Williams’s spot. It was shaded which is nice in the Florida heat. I felt it was pretty secured and save for my three fur babies to run around. They mostly enjoyed barking at the goats and trying to get their attention. It was clean and water was available. Plus the scenery is fantastic! We will come back for sure.

Williams park was absolutely amazing! It is HUGE, my dogs are very active and hyper and they loved running up and down the completely fenced large field, and staring at the goats on the other side. There is tons of shading from the big trees, and a tree swing. We will definitely make this a regular spot.

Lovely, shaded area! My dogs had a blast for their birthday shenanigans. Lots of room to explore and play - we brought a picnic blanket and were super comfortable hanging out in the shade. Provided water trough was a great help, too. My girls had a blast. 🐶💗

Amazing spot! My two aussies who never get tired had the time of their life and were exhausted by the end of our time! The area is perfect for the blistering summer with tons of shade and a gorgeous pool to swim in to cool off. Will definitely be going here regularly.

This property was beautiful. There's plenty of shade on these super hot Florida days. There's plenty of room to run around. I had a hard time finding the water bowl, but I sent a message to the host and she told me where it was.

Whenever we are in the Winter Garden/Clermont area we always make time for our Portuguese Water Dogs to have a run and play at this Sniffspot. Very private. Clean. Easy to find. If there was a swimming option it would be the perfect play day.

April 2023
Great property and pretty secure all the way around. Our big boy had the best time there after being cooped up all week at home in our boring back yard.. he loved all the different smells and great shaded areas to roll around in. We will be coming back for sure. Great and easy communication with owner as well.

Great spot with lots of shaded areas. My dog is reactive and has mobility issues. It's hard to find places he can go! He absolutely loved sniffing around and hunting lizards. We will definitely be back!

March 2023
What a beautiful property! We had a blast sniffing all the things and exploring. My girl loves sand, so she spent a good amount of time running and rolling around the jumping ring. I was glad the horses were put up behind the house. My girl went to explore and got a bit barky. I peed her back to the front (where most of the space is) to play and they were out of sight, out of mind for the rest of our time there. It was a bit of a drive for us, but we will be back again at some point. I took the scenic highway in and really enjoyed the drive on a gorgeous morning.

This property was absolutely beautiful. When we arrived the host greeted us and was very kind. We brought our 9 y/o pup whose dog reactive to let her run around without the risk of another dog showing up and she had the time of her life. They have horses as well who she loved interacting with 🤣 would absolutely book again in the future!

Lots of shade and flat land at the front of the property for dogs to enjoy. The back has more terrain variations and different paddocks. Host was kind enough to provide some extra amenities and greeted the dogs, and made sure the horses and pony were put up so my dogs could greet them. Very welcoming and accommodating for our first Sniffspot experience.

FAQ about our Groveland fully fenced dog parks

Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. And with fully fenced Sniffspot parks, you can get the safety of a fenced-in space for dogs, while still having plenty of space to run.

If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our off-leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible near the space. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to check features you want for your activity, such as fresh water, trail features such as soft trails or walking trails, or even water fountains. If you prefer wood chips, many of our parks have wood chips or indoor space if you prefer a beautiful park building.

We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history.
