Hi! Welcome! I have a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of parking on Main Street in Hampstead. There is plenty of room for your dog to run around and plenty of smells from my dogs. One section of the fence is only 3 feet high, so it may not work if your dog is a jumper. My neighbor has horses that may be in a nearby pasture. There are also dogs that live next-door. If you are coming, I will keep my dogs in the house. They will probably not even know you are out there. There is one spot that can get muddy depending on the weather. The rest of the yard is grass and a small area of bushes and other vegetation. There is also a rocky area under my deck. During the warmer months, there will be a picnic table and chairs. Please bring bags and pick up after your dog. There is a trash bucket out there. I will also have a water bowl out there during the warmer months. There is a gate if you need to block off the stairs to the deck. It is next to the shed under the deck. I have tenants that may go in and out off the deck but I inform them of visits and they are dog people. Thank you! Please let me know if you need anything. Looking forward to hosting you and your dogs!
A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! Because of the heavy precipitation recently, there is a decent size puddle in the low ground of the yard and the grass surrounding it saturated. Feel free to use the hose to rinse your pup off if they play in the water. We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water. We have a large open area to play ball or frisbee and a meadow / English garden type area on the sides of the yard that provide fun terrain for your dogs to explore. The dogs are welcome to roam whenever they’d like, but please be mindful of what they eat since we have a native pollinator garden. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard (no dogs), and a white picket fence reinforced with chicken wire on one side. The shorter fence is on an embankment so it’s almost equivalent to our 6’ fence that surrounds most of the yard. We mow regularly. There is always ample, safe street parking directly in front of the Hawthorne Hotel, as well as on the side street where there is a convenient gate that leads directly to the back yard. The best spot is right outside the gate. Please be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as it requires a firm tug to latch. Contact us to get a viewing or if you have any questions!
Quarter acre of grass, fully fenced. Kiddie pool just for dogs! While my fence is intact, I would advise caution for tiny breed escape artists who can potentially squeeze through small gaps. This has not been an issue in my experience with friends’ small dogs though.
Winter Parking (if you can’t make it down the second driveway due to snow or mud) is at the bottom of my driveway. You’ll see the Sniffspot Parking Sign. Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. You may occasionally hear gun shots are we live near lots of woods. Feel free to reach out via text 603-682-7216 with any questions or concerns. Enjoy! Melodie
Fully fenced in flat, spacious yard with gated entry. Plenty of parking in driveway for 3-4 cars.
2 acres of short grass. lovely stream past the chicken coop in the back. access to a private woods trail (on our property) that leads to miles of power line trails (rarely see anyone out there). The entrance to the trail is directly behind our fishing boat in the back.
We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a play ground of you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the back yard that's your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and really let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play like our dogs do. Our back yard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I'd gladly share the wi-fi with any guests and will accommodate any needs within reason. Any questions let me know! Also, please do not allow your dog to dig and please clean up after your dog. I have two dogs of my own and clean up their poop daily. I have two dogs and would appreciate it if you didn't allow your dog or dogs up on my deck! Thank you!
Welcome to our backyard! We know how valuable new experiences are for dogs and how being off leash to run, sniff, and play is good for dogs' physical and mental well being - and ours, too! Our privacy fencing and large yard allows you and your dog to have a safe place away from unfamiliar people / other dogs*. It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.
Enjoy our secluded dog haven! Located just minutes from downtown Nashua, at our Sniffspot you’ll never know you’re in the city. Play a game of fetch on our large, fully fenced grassy lawn. In the summer, try out our kiddie pool add on to cool off! Sick of fetch? Strap on a leash and enjoy our short path through the woods (where you might catch a glimpse of our curious chickens or even a giant bullfrog in our creek)! Our pups love our Spot, and so will yours! *Spot Rules* We work hard to maintain our home. Please be courteous by following our Spot Rules: - No digging on the lawn. If you have a digger feel free to dig in the woods or in the dirt area under the deck. - Do not allow dogs to get too close to the chickens. They are used to dogs but jumping/ barking can startle them. - Please do not harvest food or flowers from the gardens. Seasonally, these items as well as eggs may be available for a small fee. Message for more info. -Please clean up all poop! Bags are provided at the entrance for your convenience. Thank you!

Update 6/12/23: While I love the tree by the mailbox, I recognize it makes backing out of my driveway very difficult. Feel free to back into the drive so that your line of sight isn't blocked when trying to leave. Update 4/11/23: There are times that I block off my yard for the whole day to ensure that I don't have back-to-back visits and that there is time for the dogs I am dog sitting to run around. I don't need all this time so feel free to message me if you would like to visit on that particular day and I can unblock a slot for you to book. General Information I have a large fenced in yard. It is chain link and 6ft tall. It is reinforced at the bottom. There is a woodsy area in the yard for dogs to explore as well. Lots of room to run! You may notice your dog spends most of his/her time sniffing around instead of running. This is typical for the first visit: 1. It is a new space for them and they get a lot of information through their nose 2. Lots of dogs have been in my yard so there is so much to smell. This is still great enrichment and will lead to a tired and fulfilled dog. Please bring your own dog toys, water, and water bowl. If your dog poops (even if in the woods), can you please pick it up? I have a dog that likes to eat poop - so gross! You may notice that sometimes my deck is gated off. I do this so that the visiting dogs aren't distracted by the sliding door, standing in front of it thinking they are there to come into the house instead of playing in the yard. You are more than welcome to take one of them down if you want to sit up on the deck. If I forget to put the gate up and you want to block your dog from coming up on the deck, feel free to put it on the stairs to block the entryway. Other things worth mentioning: - My neighbor to the right of me has ducks. They are typically quiet but visible. - Depending on the weather and time of the year, parts of the yard may be icy and/or muddy! Bring towels to wipe down your dog afterwards. If you visit early spring, you may see ground bees flying around on the south facing side of the house. By late April, you won't even know they are there. They are very docile (in fact most species don't have stingers) and are great pollinators. - I also dog sit out of my home. Some dogs that I watch are vocal and may bark the whole time you are visiting. If your booking time is during a time that I am home, I can ensure that they are kept quiet and don’t interfere with your visit. If hearing barking coming from my house is something that will impact your visit, feel free to reach out to me beforehand to confirm whether or not I am dog sitting and/or will be home. If there is anything I can do to make this a more enjoyable experience, please message me with feedback :) Hope you have a great time! Appx 1/3 of an acre in South Londonderry that is completely fenced in. Often dog toys in the yard as I have 2 spaniels of my own. My dogs would be confined to the house while you and yours play in the yard.
Fully fenced large private back yard. Plenty of room to run, explore, and play. Toys, kiddie pool, hose, and splash pad available for use. Plenty of space for a large pack.
Wonderfully conveniently, clean, private fenced yard waiting for you and your fur baby (ies)!
We have a fully fenced in yard (4 feet tall) with multiple elevations to explore near Forestdale Cemetery. We want to share our yard with all dogs, but especially the ones that need a quiet space to enjoy just being a dog outside (especially if the dog park can be too intense). We had a reactive dog, and know how hard that can be. The yard is on a quiet dead end suburban road with plenty of free street parking. Entrance to the yard is up a few steps to the right of the house and driveway and features a Sniffspot sign near the gate door (see pictures). We do have a dog, Nova, who will be kept inside at all times. We love our yard, and hope you can enjoy it, too!
Fenced in back yard with stone branch, patio yay and chairs. Close to Tower school path.
Quiet cul de sac, please park in front of house or driveway, dog friendly neighborhood
My spot is usually always kept clean and neat besides the digging holes from my 2 dogs. Have lunch or dinner while you watch your dog playing and running at the dining table outdoors. Swimming pool available during season, feel free to cool off as well as your pup. Plenty of chairs to sit and relax and a sand box for the dogs. My dogs love sitting and digging in it. Water hose is always on so feel free to give your dog fresh water. Doggie bags are available to dispose of your dogs waste as well as a barrel. Enjoy, relax or run around with your furry friend. Outhouse is available as well.
A great little backyard haven. It is quiet, the back half of the property is surrounded by woods and is far away from our house and the neighbors. The backyard is very private and the neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional farm animals and friendly neighbors! There are plenty of chairs and also a swing and picnic table.
Welcome to our yard: our dog’s favorite place! Fully fenced in from house to property line property line; also “double-fenced” where the woods begin to keep dogs on the grass. Park along the street and walk up the driveway to the white fence, reach over to unlatch the gate and step in onto the patio. Your dog may play anywhere in the yard or on the patio. Please do not go behind the chicken wire fencing or sheds. You are welcome to use any of our tennis balls, “chuck-its” and dog toys while using the yard; we leave them on the patio table. Feel free to take a seat under the umbrella for some shade. If the little doggie “kiddie” pool is set up, you may use it, but absolutely NO people OR dogs allowed in the above-ground pool. We also ask that you please stay off the deck. You may dispose of any poop bags in the tin milk can under the deck. Please close the gate behind you when you leave. We hope you and your dog have tons of fun in our yard!
Secluded spot right on trail eventually to become rail trail. Right over Sudbury line. Scenic and private in the spring, summer and fall.
